These definitely help me breathe better at night, even though I'm a nose-breather during the day, at night it feels like my nose clocks out and goes home like its' shift is over. I wake up terribly tired and thirsty. I'm not sure if this made me stop snoring, but I know that I breathe better and feel more rested. So they are definitely effective and well priced. They are easy to use too, I just had to cut them little short because they were too long and went too deep into my nose.

These are terrible, they do not stay in first of all and they are hard!!! It’s so uncomfortable to wear. I would not recommend at all, unfortunately I missed my return window so I had to eat the cost but would never tell anyone else to buy them.

The ribbed plastic nose cones are hard and have sometimes sharp and poorly molded edges with artifacts from the molding process. These may help someone whose nostrils collapse shut near the opening, but nasal issues higher up in the nose are unaffected. The kit comes with a variety of sizes, one set in each size for you to choose from. If anything it’s more of a size sampler kit.

I slept with them, different sizes , until I found the most comfortable size. They definitely made a difference in my ability to breathe through my nose while sleeping. They do tend to slide out and or become uncomfortable in the middle of the night. I also bought the little ones with magnets that clip into your nose. I found that the magnetic ones didn’t allow the same volume of air as the tube ones, but did the job and were comfortable enough to wear all night. We all have different noses, find the ones that work for you.

Didn’t work for me

This is the first time I have been able to breathe comfortably in a month. The harder plastic ones do not feel good but the soft ones cause no discomfort and easy breathing. 10/10 would recommend!

Bought these for my fiance. He has issues with breathing through his nose. These work great for him. Very comfy fit and different size options.
