Excellent value, perfect fit, improves performance and fuel efficiency at low revs
Excellent value, perfect fit, improves performance and fuel efficiency at low revs, sounds better with engine breathing easier and runs better too. Lower maintenance than a standard filter, doesn't ever need changing, just needs a clean and re-oil every 20k miles or so. Must use the K&N oil for these, extends the life and performance of the filter over any other re-oil products.

Best air filters you can buy.
Always use K&N filters in my cars and they have been great in terms of both performance and cost, not having to replace at every service saves a fortune in the long run.

Finally a Filter that Fits.
I have lost count of the air filters that are suppsed to fit My S-Type 3.0 2005. This is a perfect fit and it was the best price I could find.

Es el segundo que compro. Instalé uno anteriormente a un MITSUBISHI ASX. Ahora se lo he puesto a un Jaguar S-Type V6 3.0 que he comprado para rehabilitar. Llevaba su filtro de aire Jaguar y no estaba muy sucio, la verdad. Se nota en el rendimiento del motor que el caudal de aire entrante es mayor (+50%). Supongo que también influye en la mejora la incorporación del limpiador de inyectores así como el limpiador del sistema de combustible. Además con los filtros K&N te ahorras dinero en filtros convencionales, ya que se limpian cada 80.000 kms y su duración es (se podría afirmar) la de la vida del coche. Muy recomendable.

Buy the cleaners and oils that go with these cotton filters, I believe service schedule is 50,000 miles! That’s not when it’s replaced, it’s never replaced, merely cleaned and oiled.
