Pleasantly Surprised!!!
Pleasantly Surprised – Honestly, I was a bit worried at first, given the negative reviews over the past few months. But after using this fridge for a week, I’m genuinely impressed. It’s spacious enough for a small family, with well-designed compartments and adjustable shelves that make organizing groceries a breeze. One feature I especially appreciate is the removable water drainage compartment at the back it’s a small detail, but very practical! Its a great combination of Amazon and Samsung. I hope the product will be reliable, but for sure it's affordable, and very stylish... I would definitely recommend it to anyone buy it...

Samsung / Amazon fraud
First of all I got a defective product from Amazon. Second of all the Samsung customer service is worse. On the first day when I received this refrigerator I noticed that the top corner part area, the gasket is not closing properly due to that too much ice was building up in the freezer and water drops were found inside the refrigerator. So I requested for a replacement/ when I requested replacement they give me option for technician support so I choose that option. After technician came he is the one addressed to me that the fridge having manufacturing problems so it cannot be repaired only option is to replace. Well he took some videos and pictures and send it to his supervisor and the technician informed me that it will take 10 days to get replaced. But after 5 days technician came again to check the fridge. Technician checked the fridge took some videos and sending it to the supervisor. Again he said the same thing the refrigerator needs to be replaced due to manufacture defects and replacement takes 10 days. 10 days passed there were no updates from Samsung so I called Samsung customer care for update and the agent told me I will get a call back from the supervisor of Samsung. After an hour I got a call from a supervisor of Samsung and I raised my issues and she’s is telling me that she didn’t get any information regarding replacement so the fridge cannot be replaced in very rude attitude. So I contacted the technician and he gave me his supervisor number and I asked him about the update. He said that the Samsung head office people were not convinced with the issues so they are sending me another technician to change the gasket. And I’m still waiting for that to happen. So basically this Samsung people do not want to do replacement . Rather they are trying put a manufacturing defect product in people’s head. This is the worst experience ever. Worst customer service from Samsung and Amazon by sending a manufacturing error products to customer. However apart from a big gap in the gasket the refrigerator is doing a noise free performance and ease to install. Performance wise I’m not sure due a big hole in the gasket due to that water drops are happening and ice build up in the freezer . Basically I’m stuck with this defective refrigerator almost a month now waiting for any response from Samsung for replacement
