No returns and didn’t hold heat well
Had to microwave for about 3x longer than it says and only stayed hot for under 10mins. No option to return on this item..

Well made, comfortable, I’m a broad 6’ male and it fits my neck and shoulders fine. I ended up buying 2 more after my first purchase as it’s so popular with the family

Great product, holds heat and is weighted which I like, using it daily and it's make a difference.

It realy relieves pain on my cervical. Enough heat for 2mins in microwave and feels comfortable on body temperature. The quality is good and weight of it but stitches is not in detail. i feel a liitle harshness in a littke part of it.Effective in my cervical pain.Smells mildness good. It fits exactly to my neck and shoulder.

It does not stay hot or cold for long enough. The material is nice, the handles are good and the lavender smells great. But I end up reheating it after only five minutes. Not the best.

I wish the lavender scent was stronger but it does help with my neck pain.
