A+ for quality and comfort!.....'F' for assembly/assembly instructions!
This is a beautiful set, sturdy, very pretty, very comfortable and the perfect size for my sunroom (thankfully the measurements in the listing are accurate). The finish is not a shiny plastic, instead, the weave has a brushed finish that really looks and feels like authentic wicker. It is also not a solid color, instead it is a weave of dark brown, lighter brown and black so the overall look is very multi-dimensional. The brushed metal feet bring this set to the next level - looks very expensive. The tempered glass for the coffee table has decent suction cups to hold down the glass, the glass is pretty heavy, and the metal protectors on the corners, nice touch. It arrived in 3 boxes in just 3 or 4 days. The down side is assembly. Neither the parts nor hardware is marked. There are duplicates of parts intentionally but the "instructions" only tell you about some of them. You are left to your own devices to figure out what everything is and how it goes together. The ottoman and coffee table are already assembled, except for screwing on the feet and laying the glass. The bugger is the "lounge" as noted on the instruction. And, oh by the way, the instructions are for one lounge. You have to put together two of them. Nowhere does it say that. A glaring miss on the schematic is how the set looks without the cushions so you can see how it goes together. That would have helped so much. To save you the head-scratching, I attached a photo :).Here are some ASSEMBLY TIPS to hopefully save you time and aggravation! In the end it took me a 2.5 hours to put it together myself but it would have been a whole lot faster if the assembly instructions were clearer:1) Don't use the small hex wrench they give you. Save yourself a LOT of time and use a hex bit on a low volt power screwdriver. I also used the bit on my socket-set screwdriver to reach the tight areas.2) Open the boxes and sort the parts. (I left the ottoman closed until last) Lay out your "lounge" parts/line them up so you can see how it will go together. Note that the longer bolts hold the seat bottoms in place - the shorter ones are for everything else.3) Don't be confused by what looks like two "right arm" pieces. The are the same; but only one is actually the right arm for the lounge. The other goes across the back for the second lounge they don't tell you about. Once I figured that out, the rest was so much easier :).4) Have the online photo of the set handy for reference. I just brought my tablet out to the sunroom and used it there.5) Follow the instructions on Page One, as best you can, for putting together the "lounge". I assembled the entire thing upside down making it easier to reach the bolts to tighten them.5) THEN - put together another lounge the same way! You need two of them - the instructions don't tell you that! (see photo)6) Don't forget to use the longer bolts only for putting on the seats bottoms. The shorter ones go for everything else.7) Add the feet to the ottoman and coffee table, add the coffee table glass.8) Add the comfy cushions and some colorful pillow and enjoy :).

Good for tall people too
We like it. We are happy. We are tall (5' 10" and 6' 3") so we were concerned about how deep these cushions were. They are not very deep cushions (expected) but they are comfortable and thick. Better cushions than any outdoor set in IKEA. We also bought 303 fabric protector (not yet applied) to prevent weather deterioration and protect the cushions from red wine spills. We recommend.

Great set, but listen to others' tips on assembly for sure.
This set is great and the price is right! I put it together myself and it was a bit of an ordeal. Read the tips from the other reviewer on putting it together. I did, it helped. One other tip to add, do not tighten anything until the end and take extra care NOT to strip your screws (they're a bit soft), I wish I had been more careful about this because I really struggled to get things to line up on the last couple of steps, and loosening was not an option at that point because I had stripped a couple of the screw heads. The other thing you need to know is that there are a couple of places where it's almost impossible to turn a screwdriver (if you're using one with a bit, instead of the little allen wrench, like I did). You also wont be able to get a drill in there - so you may want to choose another tool if you can (I didn't have that option). Aside from the struggle putting it together, I have enjoyed this set a lot! It's comfortable and I love the waterproof pillow covers as well as the large cover that comes with it. Everything works and looks great and the set feels SUPER sturdy (even though there are a couple of questionable screw places - my fault). You also need to know that the set needs to be placed in a certain way to get the large cover to fit over it. It's light enough to move the set around after you take the cover off.

Decent for the price; some quality control problems
This set is decently priced and was easy enough to put together. I found it easier to start out by putting the couch pieces upside down then finger tightening the screws as I went along. I used the ottoman to support the seat base while I attached it. The trick is to not tighten all the screws until you get them all started.Like some of the other reviewers, I also had the issue where some of the holes didn't line up. Also, because of the odd placement of the support infrastructure, some of the screws got stripped or crossthreaded. I will likely try to shore up the seat base by adding clamps or drilling new holes for nuts and bolts.Once together, it was comfortable to sit on. The lower cushions are held in place by velcro but the arm reset and back cushions fall and blow all over the place. I think I will try and velcro those as well. All in all, I'm satisfied with the purchase.I may and try to find a matching armless sectional seat to extend the width of the sofa. It just "feels" compact when setup. As a side note, this set pairs nicely with the Outland Living Series 401 Firepit and the Keter 7.5-Gal Cool Bar Rattan Cooler Table.

Broken within couple weeks, and mom was hurt from falling
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Update on my review: it was great at first, then when I had a family gathering with my new patio furniture, when we had two people sitting on it, the couch fell apart, and my mother fell from the couch and was hurt. The couch is not very sturdy, I think the reason is from the difficulties of screwing the screws on, the screws came loose and could not tighten in.Please be aware and do not let people get hurt from this!
