Hi! How big is the tracker? Will it fit my Norwegian forest cat?

Hi :) the tracker measures 71 x 28 x 17mm (2.8 x 1.1 x 0.6 in) and weighs 35g. We recommend that your pet weighs 4kg or more to be able to wear the tracker comfortably. If you find that the tracker is too big for your pet, you can claim a refund on your subscription plan within 30 days of activation and return the tracker to us (if you purchased the tracker directly from our website) or the retailer for a refund on the physical tracker.

When is the smaller version due to be released? This seems bigger & heavier than the AirTag we currently use and our girl is fully grown but is tiny.

We are currently working on a smaller tracker, which should be available early next year.

What happens if your cat loses the tracker

If your cat loses the tracker you may still be able to find it if there is any battery life left by tracking it. If it's flat and totally lost you would need to purchase another (or choose not to!) If you paid extra for 'Tractive care' they will replace it, but beware, they only replace it once as far as I could see! Also I decided not to purchase 'Tractive care' as it cost about half the price of a new tracker, this wouldn't be so dear if they replaced it EVERY time it was lost! There is a sticker included in all Tractive's and you can put your phone number on it, so someone might report finding it.
