f-stop – Shallow Medium Internal Camera Unit (ICU) Pack Insert for DSLR, Mirrorless, Photo Gear Storage and Carry Protection

I bought this for my f-stop lotus camera big. It fits well. The only thing, It was hard to connect it inside the lotus big using the Velcro straps on here and getting them through the loops in the lotus bag, but I'm okay with that because it is a great product.Specific to this shallow medium ICU, the padding on the inside felt nice, I trust putting my camera and lenses in it. The number of pads that can be moved around or removed is wonderful for fitting a variety of gear. I do think the Velcro straps that are used to put across the padded inserts could be a bit wider and sturdier as I feel some of my lenses could easily slip past them if I wasn't careful. This is a shallow ICU so lenses like my AF-S Nikor 70-300mm must be placed in the ICU on their side instead of with the base facing out. My suggest would be to measure your lenses and check the width dimension of the bad. Over all, if I need new camera gear in the future, I will continue to use f-stop. I was in a bind - needing a sturdy case for an unexpected opportunity to take a cruise to Antarctica. I wanted something I could take in carry-on luggage and was compact. I needed space for two DLSR cameras, a wide-angle lens and a 100-400m telephoto lens. This did the trick. It's also a useful case for traveling by vehicle. Easy zip and a carrying strap.

Well, I tried to buy this from Amazon, but their stock was mis-labeled, so I kept getting a small ICU so I gave up and bought from f-stop. This is a really nicely made unit. It serves double duty for me. It works great in my f-stop bag, but I can also slide it out and into my Filson photo backpack, which is nicely made--with the exception of the original dividers, which were not well executed. No problem with the Shall Medium ICU, dividers stay put and nothing slides under/around them. So well made I've gone on to buy other f-stop gear!

Feels really cheap, not sturdy enough to hold its shape under weight. Also feels like it will get worn out easily

I carry a 7-200 lens attached to the camera body and it fits perfectly along with 2 other smaller lens and basic accessories. Perfect size for putting in a pack or carrying on plane.

I really like this bag! Fits perfectly into my Osprey Stratos 24 pack. This bag will hold my Canon EOS 77D with a 18-135 lens attached, plus 2 other lenses, chargers & batteries, filters, headlamp, remote trigger and a lens ball.

I swear by this piece of gear for camera protection & organization. It helped me organize & carry my camera gear with ease. I’m looking to get the small icu as well.
