These are phenomenal!! They dissolve quickly and easily. They taste great especially if you don’t like plain water! They seem to help with lactation as well!

Love these! Drank these my whole pregnancy- honestly one of the only drink mixes that didn’t make me wanna puke. It’s hard to stay hydrated when you feel so sick but the taste of these is so yummy, they have some great vitamins in them (which is a lifesaver when you keep throwing up your prenatal) and I didn’t really get sick of them! I think they have pretty clean ingredients too. Will definitely be ordering more for the next time around!

I like them. The flavor is very potent even when mixed with 40oz of water so I keep watering it down more. If you are flavor sensitive, keep that in mind.

Kind of an acquired taste if you are in your first trimester. Helps keep your hydration up. The ingredients are well thought out.

These are great because they’re not sickly sweet or overly salty. They’re very refreshing. Definitely recommend. They mix a little wonky, but I eventually started mixing in lukewarm instead of cold and it was okay.

I can’t consume these. The expiration on the outside of the box says Dec 2025. Since we’re at that time I figured if I use them soon it will be fine but once I opened the box, the actual packets say best by 05.2025. These are 7 months expired which is not okay. And it’s worse that you can’t return them. Being pregnant makes me want to take the chance even less. Do better.

I chose this due to being active in the summer while in my first trimester with bad morning sickness. I used this product on a canoe trip, drinking one a day to help stay hydrated. I was worried about ingredients not safe for pregnancy in other drink mixes. This fit the job of keeping me hydrated, but the taste left a bit to be desired. I liken the taste to that of the old flinstones children multivitamin, chalky, but fruity and sweet.
