Good quality and flexible to follow muscles contour as oppose to other product which are hard solid and don’t work as good as this.

Was looking for massage stick with some flexion. I had 15 years ago used for running/dancing calf/quads, and needed now for pregnancy leg cramps. Tried a bunch of other highly rated ones on Amazon - all had no flexibility (rigid as a steel rod) so you couldn’t massage deep (or at 35 weeks pregnant even reach legs effectively). I even went to multiple running stores looking for a massage stick like this with flexibility and couldn’t find it. This is the only one to get if you want to be able to flex stick into your muscles and get good contact during massaging. Sturdy handles and wheels, nice grips, rolls great, easy to use, feels amazing - finally some comfort. 10/10

It’s pretty sturdy and easy to use. Helped for leg circulation. Rolling is easy by holding both sides moving ip and down my leg. Good for quick pain relief

This is my second muscle roller and I love it. It’s easy to use, can be used with varying degrees of pressure on muscles and is portable which makes it so easy to carry anywhere. I have tight muscles and joints due to scoliosis and osteoarthritis. This helps me stay limber and works directly on sore areas.

Excellent product at a good price. Small enough to be packed in a suitcase for travel aches and pains.

Using this to roll out my legs has made a huge difference in how they feel. It has totally reduced my knee pain as well.

The core of thisroller is slightly flexible and has many segments that roll which makes the rolling feel good and you can apply as much pressure as you want for varying intensities. Reasoble size to fit across my back to roll one shoulder at a time. Just barely fits diagonally in my carry-on suitcase, so not sure if I'll pack it for convenience on a trip, or leave home and only take exercise bands (small and lighter weight and less space in suitcase)

I’ve been looking for one of these for months after using one at the gym. It is amazing at rolling out leg muscles and relieving cramps. I’m really happy with the product. Good size, exactly what I wanted.

I was looking for The Stick after me chiropractor showed it to me. Hard to find and then delivery was expensive. Found this and it’s the same. Has a flexible base so that it molds to your curves.

I purchased this unit for my wife to do physiotherapy exercises at home. The unit is strong and light and easy to maneuver.

Had to return this , since I didn't realize it wasn't flexible.
