I’ve been taking these for 5 weeks. The vitamins are very small and easy to take. I haven’t had any issues while taking these. I take them first thing everyone morning on an empty stomach.

So, I did a little research to find some way to get rid of a small hard deep cyst on my left cheek near the jawline. My dermatologist said my only permanent solution was surgery, which would also cause a scar. What bothered me most about it was the attention-drawing discoloration and raised surface. So far I have noticed it has been helping clear my adult acne that I have struggled with for so long! My eye lashes and eyebrows are getting thicker as well. I pair it with a Vitamin A serum as well so the two products together are probably helping me see results faster.
