Three stars are for the quality, it's fresh good coconut as one would expect freshly shredded coconut to be. It's for those who don't have time to buy and shared a fresh coconut, but for people who regularly consume fresh coconut(like me), i found it on the expensive side as compared to what we buy regularly. Of course, it takes away the pain of doing the task and hence the price

If you use small quantities of coconut then this is the best product to buy. Comes fresh and frozen and you can break of only what you need. No need to buy fresh coconut, break it, grate it and then try and finish off before it goes bad
