Nice ladder and easy to change positions
Good sturdy ladder with good stability. My biggest complaint is how narrow the ladder is. I don't knock down the stars because this was disclosed. Just be aware the ladder width is much smaller than what we are used to working on.

It did the job but read my review if you plan to use it with the foot attachments
The media could not be loaded. It does the job. I purchased the 19 foot version and was worried about the joints failing. I weight 200lbs and it’s rated for 330 but everything held together. The other thing is the bolt heads and nuts for the feet attachments dug a holes in the drywall so be mindful of this. I’ve since tried to cover the exposed heads with duct tape. Hopefully that’ll keep it from digging holes in the drywall.

Satisfied with my purchase
The quality is good, adjustment is easy and it's not heavy. Very easy to use. Using it as a scaffold it does need support in the middel. They do sell a support for the center (which also include plates to walk on) but I didn't buy it because of the price, for such a simple thing I find it expensive so I'm planning to make my own kind of support...at least that's the plan. Or maybe they should have the option to also sell only the support (without the plates) for a reasonable price, than I would consider buying the support. But the ladder itself is great.

Missing hardware
The ladder was missing the hardware necessary to attach the braces to the legs so haven’t used the ladder yet. It is lightweight and easy to adjust. Amazon gives no way to get the hardware. The only option is to return the ladder. I have contacted Bryner directly but so far no response.

Nice ladder and tall enough to reach my ceiling lights.
Overall I gave it 4 stars. It does seems not seem as sturdy as past ladders, but it is aluminum so light. I went to the aluminum as the steel and carbon ladders are just getting too heavy for me. So, I sort of anticipated something would give. As long as you are not doing anything crazy, will work fine. I have not felt any uneasyness going up and down.

Impressive
Was a reluctant buyer since it seemed to be too good to be true. Well worth the money. I purchased it with an emphasis on safety since my older bones don't heal like they used to. This is a much better/safer alternative than traditional ladders. The scaffolding is a great addition.
