Gorgeous scent
Saw this diffuser in our hotel room whilst at the Cheltenham Literary Festival and promptly fell in love. Gorgeous old fashioned romantic smell. Suits a more traditional house style. Delivered on time and we’ll packaged. Thank you

Does not have reeds!
Despite description stating it comes with reeds, it did not. Amazon are useless at helping as it’s a 3rd party seller. Over two weeks since Iv had it and still no reeds. The fragrance is ok, but as I’m using alternative reeds don’t think it’s evaporating like it should. Overall not worth the super high price tag and I will go back to using Molton Brown

So disappointed with this purchase! Not worth it at all ! I purchased this before from Harrods and the smell was so beautiful could smell it from the corridor outside , thought it would be the same with this one I can only smell it when am close to it ! Not worth it at all!!
