Amazing
I couldn’t be more thrilled with the Fellow Opus Conical Burr Coffee Grinder—it has transformed my coffee routine! As a coffee enthusiast, I’ve gone through a few grinders, but the Fellow Opus truly stands out with its incredible design, precision, and consistency. From the moment I took it out of the box, I was impressed by its sleek, modern look. It feels sturdy and well-built, with every detail thoughtfully designed. One of my favorite features is the 40+ grind settings, which makes it super versatile for any brewing method. Whether I’m in the mood for a rich espresso, a balanced pour-over, or a bold French press, the Fellow Opus handles it all. The conical burrs ensure a uniform grind, which I can taste in the cup—the flavors are more vibrant, and the aromas more pronounced than with my previous grinders. It’s amazing how this one tool brings out the best in every coffee bean, highlighting notes I didn’t even know were there. The grinder’s functionality is just as impressive. The dial for adjusting the grind size is easy to use, and switching between settings is seamless. Plus, it’s incredibly quiet, which is a game-changer for early mornings when I don’t want to wake up the whole house! I’ve had other grinders that sounded like power tools, but the Fellow Opus operates with a gentle hum that’s easy on the ears.Another aspect that I appreciate is the Fellow Opus’s ease of cleaning. Taking it apart to clean is straightforward, and it’s simple to keep it in pristine condition without much effort. This is huge because consistent maintenance keeps the grind quality high over time.Overall, I’m beyond happy with this grinder it’s worth every penny. It’s obvious that Fellow put a lot of thought into designing something that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also exceptionally functional. The Opus has become an essential part of my kitchen, and it’s completely elevated my coffee experience. I’d recommend it to any coffee lover looking for top-notch quality, precision, and a grinder that makes each cup a joy to brew.

Versatile - Affordable - Compact
Bought this grinder as I entered into the robust world of coffee. Although $189 is not utterly "cheap" by any means, when you delve into really good grinders and their price tags, this is definitely in the realm of affordable - especially with what you get for the money spent.Pros:*Very compact - takes up minimal space on my counter / coffee bar*Quiet! For being electric, it is relatively quiet. My kids rooms are right off the kitchen and making coffee at 5 am and running this device has not stirred the kids, which is a huge plus*Grind settings provide a diverse capability to grind according to the type of coffee you're making. It is also very helpful that the lid of the bean holder provides general settings for your desired grind. There is also the capability to fine tune your grind size with a micro adjustment notch*The magnetic base / grind cup is clutch! I never have to worry that my cup will be off-center, creating a mess of grinded beans all over my counterCons:*I'm sure this is normal amongst most grinders, but unless you finish your grinding and tap on the top of the grinder a few times to get all the residual grounds out, they will disperse out onto your grinder base and counter. Not a huge deal, but I don't like extra clean-up so that could get annoying. For the money, this is a good entry into the coffee world. Its versatility and ease of use make it a welcomed addition to my coffee routine.
