Not sure
So I'm not sure why but for some reason I could not get it to run on 2 Dell laptops one running Windows 7 one running Windows 11 would not boot have updated my BIOS and firmware and operating system for both as high as it can go and could not boot from USB drive it contains all the files that it's supposed to not sure what I'm doing wrong or if it's something to do with the USB stick itself couldn't find how to get a hold of the seller so that's why I'm riding into this reviewEditContacted the seller they were able to work with me they helped me out with my problems in a very satisfactory manner they were very quick and responsive and more than willing to fix the issue I'm very impressed and very pleased with the service they have provided

no clear instructions inclued
Well it didn't work for me. With no instruction included on how to open the card for use, I used my extensive knowledge from 50 years in Fire and Rescue to try and open it. Yes I promptly broke it! So now a have a few broken pieces of plastic and maybe metal and the clear knowledge of how NOT to open it. DON"T PURCHASE THIS!!!!!
