I made a curry with it with coconut milk and chicken and vegetables, I'm not a good cook but I thought it was the most delicious thing I've ever made. My nephews, however, were digging in the pantry for any spices they could find to add some flavor, they both said it tasted like nothing. They've both had COVID 19 and I haven't, so maybe that explains why they couldn't taste anything, they also say things like avocados and rice have no flavor and I disagree. This curry paste is delicious but not overwhelming, if you like spicy food and strong flavors this might not taste like much to you

I like all of the Taste of Thai Curry Paste flavors, but the Yellow is the favorite around our house because it is the mildest of the four. We have a person with a peanut/tree nut allergy in our house, so we had to look around for a while to find good Thai that is nut free. He loves this mix.

I have tried quite a few different manufacturers of yellow curry paste. Without a doubt, the Thai kitchen yellow curry paste is absolutely the best tasting.
