Product is ok but the installation service is horrible and was ready to make my product worthless.. I will never ever consider buying electronics from Amazon specially installation based products..Blunders by installation person:1.no white cement on hole2.fitted tilted outdoor unit stand3. came with missing installation stand accessories..4. Left no service space for outdoor unit5. No installation bill provided and charged 1500+ GST though Amazon claimed only 1500rs.6. System shows installation completed though the actual in site installation was pending!
