The Legato Feel is ENORMOUS
When you hold these balls, you can feel the quality. They combine distance, control, and a soft feel that I prefer. Long Drives and Extra Distance: With my decent senior swing speed, I noticed an increase in distance off the tee. The feel and control are superior to what I’ve experience with prior experience with high-end balls. Accuracy and Control: Accuracy is always a work in progress. I find that the feel of the ball gives me more confidence and better results. Short Game - Around the greens, the ball’s feel was incredible. When I chip or making delicate pitches, the soft feel allows for more precise placement and consistency. Putting Precision: The ball has an alignment mark that I’m sure others will find useful, but not me. I putt by visualization and feel. The soft feel of the ball matches perfectly with my “really hot” LAB putter. Price and Value: This ball has great technical characteristics with incredible pricing. It’s three-piece construction with an 85 compression resulting in improved performance. For me, it's the very soft feel that delivers. By comparison, the price is far superior to high-end golf balls. I you like distance, control, and a really good feel, give these balls a try.

Legato - Premium golf ball at a much better price
I had definitely heard a lot about the Legato 3085 (3 for three piece ball and 85 for compression, I'm working on the 0) before purchasing them. For reference, I'm on the fringe of a 20 handicap and my driver swing speed is 96/97 with a ball speed mid 140's. In mid June Amazon had them on sale for just under $20 per dozen so I picked up two boxes of the white version to see how good they really were. My first time hitting the ball was in the simulator and although it felt good off the club face, launch, distance and spin were all good, I'd have to wait a week before getting a full round on the course. I was a bit skeptical given which ball the Legato 3085 was being compared to in ads and online but this ball did not disappoint. My launch, ball flight, distance and dispersion was consistent with Driver, FW Woods and all they way through my irons. If I had one critique of the ball, it's a bit softer sounding coming off the putter face. I do like the alignment aid on this ball and it works well for me. I lost my first ball in the water on the 7th hole but the cover had held up great with no cuts or burrs. I finished the round with the second ball and it still has life in it so it's absolutely durable. I've since purchased an additional two dozen when coupons are available and I'm hoping to see a price similar to the original purchase around $20 during Prime Days. I think these balls still have very good value at $29 per dozen but they are an absolute steal at $20. I think there are a lot of players that could do very well with this ball and I'll continue to play it, especially at the price point. I shot a 93 the first round with this ball which included a few blow up holes. I think Legato got it right and I'm going to keep buying them when the price is right and I could easily recommend this ball.

Very surprising
I play to a 10-11 handicap, plus being in Northern Illinois we won't have warm weather until mid-May so it's still cold in March here, no snow currently on the ground so I'm out playing! These balls were tested in upper 40s low 50s temperatures. I hit my driver with these balls similar to the low-compression Max-Fli balls about the same, but no great changes were noticed by me. With my irons which is the strength of my game, I was considerably longer and straighter, anywhere from 10 yards to as much as 15 yards longer with a full swing. This also maifested itself with my gap wedge and lob wedge shots. Take this into consideration. Working around the greens, along with the full swing 90+ yard approach shots were impressive for me. As stated earlier I hit my irons well, I gained 10 yards easily on approach shots to the green. This can also be a concern if old habits of ball striking aren't taken into consideration. I was also very impressed with the results of chipping these balls as well as putting them, especially with the bold line marking on each ball. During these past three weeks of using the Legatto ball putting was as good as any high-quality ball I have purchased in the past. What is remarkable about putting these balls is the fact that the greens so early in the season are wetter and tougher than when we play when the weather really warms up. I looking forward to seeing how these balls putt and work in warmer weather and with closer grass mowing. The line demarcation really aids in putting strokes. Very similar to Srixion or Taylor Made balls I have been using. Around the green as well as from 60-90 yards out on approach shots. I have played six rounds using these balls and intend to purchase another dozen. I haven't seen cuts nor blemishes, so that fine by me. I'm a 10-11 handicapper so that's a plus for me also. Lastly the price point is much, I mean much lower than Titleist, Taylor Made and Srixon for the same quality ball, good liuck guys and gals for the upcomming golf season!

Good results with this ball.
Excellent golf ball, great feel with your irons and and putter. Love the distance gain I am receiving with my driver. Reached the green on a short par 4 I have never reached before. Was playing safe on a long par 3, but landed on the green without trying and had a good birdie putt try.

Good ball… just doesn’t seem to be durable
I really had high hopes with this ball being a faithful member of the let’s play through community… let’s start off with the good. The ball feels great putting irons driver. It feels nice very reminiscent of an older pro V1X the way it comes off the face. Butterfield is very interesting because to me it sounds again like a pro V1 X, but it feels almost like a TP5 the way it feels nice and soft. Ultimately, I think it knock I have on the ball the durability…. These pictures were taken just after initial testing indoors down in the basement hitting into a net on carpet… this brand new ball got instantly scuffed just with a few seven iron shots, which I was mortified and very scared to bring this on the golf course… I don’t know if I happen to get a bad batch or what is it but it just seems like surface scuffs I can’t really feel anything with my fingers or fingernail.

Great Golf Ball Great Price 👍
As a professional golf instructor celebrating his 39th year. I have tested been paid to test many different Golf balls. This Golf ball has to be one of the best. I have ever tested for $29. It ranks up with the top cough bowls in the world and with an 85 compression. It's meant to be played hard, strong and long. The feel is outrageous the control It's tour the spin, it's outrageous. Remind you so much of a prove, in fact, if you would take the name off of it and handed to someone they would never be able to tell the difference. I don't usually endorse a product, but this product that would endorse in 1 second. Congratulations, . This company makes one hell of a Golf ball. I rank it a 5 out 5 BT.GOLF Head instructor Frankie Boe !

An adequate alternative to prov1 for most
Good ball for the price. Not near the driver distance of a prov1, but does compete within reason on approach shots, chipping, and putting. Durability is on par with the proV1. ProV1 is definitely superior, but twice the cost. How good of a golfer are you really?
