So far so good, although it’s only been about a week or so. Seasoned it immediately upon opening. Instructions were easy to follow, everything needed was included, and they have videos available, which make things easy if you’re too lazy, or can’t read for some reason. Been relatively humid lately anyhow, so it seasoned very quickly and has held right at 68-69 all week, which is where I want it. Checked the digital hygrometer and it’s pretty accurate within +1/-1. I did add a little more solution to the hydro stick and tray when putting in cigars, which of course caused it to bounce around for a few hours, but it leveled out nicely. Tend to be on the dryer side when I get them in the mail, or at one of my local b&m’s, so it’s a good way to rehydrate them. Overall, it’s a well made humidor that does as advertised. Doesn’t hold nearly 50 in my case, but if you do your research, you should already be aware how the sizing is rated. If you needed extra space, you could always take the tray out and use some packs until you’ve smoked enough to make space again. Drawer is a nice touch. Holds all the extras like punches, cutters, small lighters, etc., which helps keep my countertop clean. I like keeping everything together so I don’t lose it, not to mention the clutter factor. Would definitely recommend to someone who needs a smaller or mid-size humidor and wants an all inclusive package. Great gift for a new cigar smoker, or even someone who needs an extra humidor for their home or office.

This is a well-crafted humidor for the price point, and looks pretty nice too. Having the hygrometer is a nice plus, can maintain just that perfect humidity level. Holds about 20-25 decent size cigars, nice addition to my collection.

It's priced right and the quality is pretty good. The humidity gauge is crap, though and the humidifier bar with the vegetalmsppnge inside is not adequate if you live in a dry climate. I live in the high desert Rocky Mountains where the humidity is typically 28-45% indoors. I repeatedly attempted to season the wood and refill the humidity bar but just couldn't seem to get the long term humidity above 60%. I finally got a Boveda seasoning kit and let 2 of the 84% packets sit in it for 17 days. The gauge on the front still said it was never higher than 62% humidity. I finally just stuck a humidity sensor in the humidor and discovered it was actually running 73-78%, the gauge says 64%. So, humidor good. Gauge bad. Just get a Boveda starter pack and let them control the humidity for you.

This is the third humidor I’ve bought from Amazon over the years and the first one I’ve bought from this company. I love it! It looks really nice and does exactly what I need to do. This is a great addition to my bar area in the house where I keep my cigars- I’ve gotten quite a few compliments. I would definitely recommend this product.

Not gonna life for the price this is one of the best damn humidors I’ve ever owned. Storage capacity is nice and it comes kinda sorta seasoned, I seasoned it anyway but she hits strong at 70-75% humidititty. The storage area is worthless for me but idk some people like that sorta stuff for me the humidor itself is damn near perfect for the money. I have more expensive ones that are “nicer” but also wildly more expensive and tbh this one actually comes close to the pricey ones.

UPDATE: I originally rated this product 1 Star because the one I received did not work. I'm changing it to 3 Stars because I have to give credit where credit is due. After I posted the original review, I was contacted by the seller. They offered some suggestions to possibly resolve the issue. In my case those suggestions did not work so I requested a refund. They issued one without any arguement. Credit to COOL KNIGHT for going the extra mile to make this right even though they didn't have to. ORIGINAL REVIEW Product looks great, but does not hold steady humidity at all. I followed all the instructions and have seasoned humidors before. This one simply does not work. It will get up to the proper humidity but will only stay there for a day or 2 before losing it all. Unfortunately I missed the return window so I'm stuck with it.
