Compact and reliable
Good machine as replacement of the old bulky Nesspresso vertuo next. This machine is less noisy with compact water tank. The only negative part is the cup holder which is loose and moving.

Avoid it at all costs - Buy the Old Nespresso non-vertuo machines
3 different machines, same problem. One of the worst products in the history of humanity.- Bought the first one. Flashes red and does not work.- 2nd replacement machine flashing red, doesn't work, and leaks coffee all over my table.- 3rd Machine flashs red, doesn't work, and leaks coffee.Avoid like the plague!

Nice smart machine.
Love this machine, its a bit bully tbh but pours a great cup with its barcoded smart capsules.I thought id be able to double it up as a water heater for my cups pf tea. It does work but will have hints of coffee flavor to your cup. and wont pour a hot cup. That might be my lack of knowing how to operate it tho. So ill do some reading but just dont be like me and get rode of that tea kettle just yet if you had the same plan i did

Horrible..topped working and fix was attempted and broke again
The machine is crappy. We had it for a little over 4 months. We reported it and got it fixed. Then it broke again after that fix in two days.Worst coffee machine and brand. Going back to delonghi.Never buy Nespresso machines.

Great mugs of coffee
When buying from online retailers it is essential to know that the machine is from the original manufacturer with the full 2-year warranty, and I was glad to see that the machine I bought from Amazon was original. This new Vertuo Pop is great, compact and has all the cup sizes I want, very happy with my purchase.
