Very poor battery.
This is the second Amazon Renewed S21 I have bought in the last month. I sent the first one back due to poor battery performance, unfortunately the next one has exactly the same problem. The design capacity of the battery is 4000mAh, in reality both renewed phones have about 2800mAh which is poor, I had expected a new battery to be fitted as part of the renewal process. It looks nice but the battery is very poor, therefore has limited functionality. Also does not include a charger!

Refurbished phone
The phone is great for a short while but then it stops working, the screen and apps keep flashing and you can't do anything. And then you can't open it or switch it off. For a refurbished phone I would suggest one be careful before buying.

Really great value
I was so surprised when opening the box , it had a travel adapter a phone case and a stylus which i didn't expect !! then i opened the box with the phone in it , I was honestly amazed at how good the condition was it looke like a brand new phone . the packaging was also brilliant so that it had no chance of getting damaged in the post . So thank's guys I would highly reccomend you to anyone who is looking for a newer phone 5 star rating .
