Nothing wrong with the remote its the wrong one for my tv, lg told me to buy from u lg remote mr22gn, he said this was the right one

Exact model number but NOT exact model functions. The pointer and voice is missing. Also, I find that some common buttons require pressing many times to work or a single press acts like a double. So go back to prior station means it immediately returns to the original station. Very frustrating. Found I needed the old original unit and this one so between the two of them I could get the total functionality back.

Liked that it worked right out of the package. Did not mind that the curser did not work. Recently noticed the speaker function also does not work which is a disappointment.

I bought this to replace our OLED65B7P's remote (AN-MR650A).There're few differences compared to mine:- Labeling of buttons are symbols instead of words- Caption vs Guide- All 3 buttons of the last row- Battery cover is grey, e.g. the color is slightly different from the restYou can actually compare yourself here, with the posted picture of the item versus the one shown in the video (yep, the picture is different from the one used in the video).The differences I can live with as all the button work out of the bag. Unfortunately pairing does not work as shown in the video. The scroll wheel's OK function (via pressing down) only works as channel information. This means both the pointer and voice functions can not be enabled.I happen to use the pointer function all the time, so this remote is going back to Amazon. Which is too bad, as the buttons feel great, and the whole thing feels sturdy.

The remote works ok but does not provide all the original features of the LG factory remote. The scroll function does not work and the courser function that follows the movement of the remote does not work.I would not have bought this remote if I would have known that.

First remote was damaged. 2nd worked for the most part but could not get voice commands to work. Center wheel would not activate. A month later and the entire remote does not work.
