The product cleans well, and the scent is pleasant. However, there is a promotional video that shows the tiny silicone cup being dispensed into an empty tub and then tossed into the tub. That doesn't work well. The cup is inadvertently lost in wet laundry at the end of the cycle and forgotten. Opting not to toss into the machine and instead rinsing the silicone cup in water is cumbersome. It would be better to go with the tried and true design of bottle top as measuring cup which then drains back to the product.

I don’t LOVE the scent but I’m happy and next time I’ll try the other scent. Great soap though and it works!

This product is amazing! Very light citrus smell is pleasant. Works well in getting the clothes clean and only takes a little bit of detergent. What I didn’t expect was how soft and wrinkled free everything came out of the dryer! It had to be the detergent.

Good scent and could still smell subtly after washing.

Perfect for cashmere sweaters. However, the scent fades quickly.
