Expensive but nice dose
I unfortunately have to take a large dose of melatonin to sleep but it is so helpful to have a 120mg capsule option so I'm not taking 6 pills.... Thank you! It is expensive though.

I prefer the 120 mg
1 or 2 will help me sleep.The very low mg don't help me. But,it's best to start with lower doses& gradually go up to see what is good for you!
