I've used several different protein powders over the years and this is one of the better ones in my opinion. The price for this and others which are similar have all gone up (no surprise), but this is still a good value, and has plenty of protein and BCAAs so you get the most out of the work you put in. I think the taste is pretty decent actually as far as protein powders go, and it blends pretty easily. Perhaps I'm just used to how powders taste, but it's one of those things I just accept because if they could somehow make it taste amazing they would. There are other options out there that arguably taste better, but part of the reason is probably because they have more saturated fat which always makes things taste better. If you're someone who's in (or looking to get into) fitness/gym/whatever this provides great coverage for the protein your body/muscles need - especially before bed when your body is doing a lot of the recovery work and we aren't eating for 8-10 hours. Don't let your efforts go to waste! Good value.Would recommend. Hammer down.

High quality protein plus plenty of BCAAs. Mixes easily. Tried the cinnamon crunch for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Tastes like the cereal with a hint of vanilla WITHOUT the taste of nasty sweeteners! Very happy to have EAS and Myoplex back!

Best protein shake so far. I add frozen fruit, a little vanilla and the shake mix. Love it!

I should’ve looked at this closer prior to ordered. However, my usual brand was out of Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavor so I thought I’d try this a replacement. Well 48 hrs after switching to this product…my blood pressure shot way up. I looked at the ingredients and bingo! More than double the cholesterol of my normal brand and most whey isolate products out there. 24 hrs after I switched off of this product, my blood pressure dropped right back down to normal levels. 70 mg of cholesterol per serving is WAY WAY WAY too much cholesterol in this type of product. Too bad because it tasted good and the price was decent. But never again. Back to the drawing board for this product…

Tastes good

This was a a favorite of mine in the 90s and 2000s. Tastes just as great now as it did then! Blends well, has everything I need in a whey protein and does its job. Thanks for bringing this back!
