Instructions
It came. I opened it and was immediately shocked at how tiny everything is. I checked the instructions and discovered that part of the label had been scribbled out by a sharpie. If you hold it up to the light, you can make it out the sentence about them being so confident this product will work that they offer a 7 day money back guarantee. The sharpie scribble covering up their confidence regarding the effectiveness of this product is extremely off putting.

It didn't work for my puppy's sticky residue at all
After reading some of the reviews I was excited to receive this and try it on my Maltipoo puppy. We managed to knock over the liquid, so that was annoying as there isn't much of it in the first place. I did find it fiddly to get a single pad out of one pot, and wet it with the bottle that doesn't have a dripper or pointed top, but is open ended instead (so easy to spill).I found the pads and liquid made no difference at all. The white powder does mask the browny red colour for a short while. I think of it as a doggy cosmetic. After days of trying, I realise this is not the solution that is going to work for me and my dog and I will not be buying again :-(

Excellent product it works
This product is amazing. But you have to be consistent. I do my beagles’ eyes daily and have completely removed the tear stains from one eye and improved the other eye by 50% in one month. Although the initial outlay is pricey a little goes a long way. I highly recommend this product. It does work.

Good product but expensive for what you get.
Good product but expensive especially as u only get half a tub of very thin wipes,I feel short changed! I buy just the powder normally as I found over the years Optrex works just as well as the boric acid in it (not harmful) works well, safe and alot cheaper. I love the powder but you have to be careful when u open to use it as it goes everywhere which is wasteful. Works best once eyes are dry I use a tiny natural make up brush to apply.

Worth persevering with
My poor little 1 yr old Maltese started staining at about 7 months old. Between 7&10 months his eyes got SO bad. No matter how well groomed or how often I tried to wash/dry his face his tears persisted and sometimes he had an entirely brown face! It was pretty heartbreaking as altho only cosmetic I missed my white puppy! He has blocked tear ducts but we didn’t really want to put him through an operation to have them flushed or ‘re-shaped’ as it seemed a bit much and also costly. Having seen this product mentioned for months I thought I’d have a go as I’d exhausted all other obvious methods. Well after 2 weeks of using once a day (I’m not doing it twice even tho it suggests this) it has honestly surprised me. His face IS whiter, the stains much much lighter & I can see a gap between the new hair & old stains which I hadn’t snipped off. I will re-review in a few months to see if he ever gets back to his true white self but I am super impressed and recommend this product. You do need to wash their faces first (I use the spa dog facial wash with blueberry) and then towel dry, use a small amount of the solution & then laboriously tap & rub on the powder. Thankfully he is quite patient and let’s me.
