Nootropic ingredients include a natural form of choline (Alpha GPC) for memory and alertness, L-Tyrosine for improving mood and to improve your body's neurochemical reactions to stress, and GABA for a calming effect. These nutrients are often depleted, or if we are busy and don't eat well, don't sleep well, are under heat stress, etc., these pouches are great to help replenish them, and thus reduce stresses. I find I sleep better with these, and feel more rested when I wake up. The mango flavor is strong, and a bit almost too sweet for my tastes, but they help me feel better, and it helps with pain a bit, and calms a strongly beating heart a bit, and gently takes the edge off in stressful situations, be it from pain, being tired, etc. These help my sleep with nutrition, instead of a drug that acts directly on those receptors. When I went through my 1st batch, I purposely stopped using them, and noticed I wasn't sleeping so well, again. I'll be ordering more. I hope they come up with a less sweet pouch, and more flavors. Lemon, cherry, dark chocolate and other flavors would be great! (HINT, HINT!!!) I hope the manufacturer will come out with other flavors, and perhaps fillable pouches, and perhaps kits, where people can fill their own pouches with nutrients of your choice, add your own flavors, etc.). That would be amazing! Some of the pouches made have guarana in them, which some of us are sensitive to. Caffeine is also in some (not these mango one,though) pouches, which can be a problem in the evening, unless you work nights I have a strong dislike of most anything mint, so more flavors would be great. For now, it's an ultra sweet mango, until/unless otherwise flavors are added.

Pouches are big (3x the size of ZYN for comparison). Flavor is okay, but they got stuck to the inside of my lip and peeled off skin when I removed them. Makes your eyes water.

When I use the pouches I feel more focused and my energy level rises without making my heart pump faster. The pouches feel good and the flavor makes it easy to swallow. Overall I recommend this to anyone looking to get a quick boost in focus without relying heavily on caffeine/energy drinks.

Flavor is good. Might switch to ones with caffeine. The only issue I have is the pouches aren't sealed great, so if you move them in your lip at all they open and spill. Kinda gross and it's almost like sand in your mouth. Amazon made it right, which is nice. Overall, I think it's a good product if you get pouches that are sealed better. Would be nice to find a sample pack of the different flavors. Slightly smaller pouches would be better as well.

I initially got these to help me quit chewing nicotine pouches. They worked wonders! I had improved focus I felt like I was more present and helped with my mood, as to my surprise they lasted a long while as well. I ordered the mango flavor and did actually really like the flavor.

I have ADD and enjoy trying out different things as a natural alternative to powerful and potentially addictive prescription stimulants. Personally, the best nootropic i've tried is Alpha Brain Black label, its expensive but its effective and i only take it on workdays when im busy or if I want to binge-read. I tried this supplement out about a year ago and I have to admit it made me really irritable. I took a few days off of it and then tried it again and BAM hardcore irritability was back. I was considering give the rest of my pouches away for a friend to try but ended up throwing them out. Im not a big fan of the pouches as opposed to capsules either, the flavor is kind of gross and it just increases anxiety and irritability. These may work great for some people but they aren't for me and I wouldn't purchase them again.
