This is a First Aid MUST
I’ve bought Dermaplast for many years now, it’s a must in my first aid cabinet! Ended up with a skin infection recently and didn’t have much left from my previous can. I immediately ordered more. The product I had to use in the meantime didn’t work as well to apply upside down like I needed, and the pain relief didn’t last as long as the Dermaplast. I don’t want to ever run out again.

No tear wound care
We had great luck cleaning the kids boo-boo’s with this product. After the initial tears the kids realized it doesn’t sting and have no issues when we need to use it.

Works on bites
So every year for several months I become a bug buffet. Get many bites. Not long ago, I got ant swarmed with bites all over my legs and feet. I like the Dermoplast sprays; therefore I went online to order some extra cans. I saw these and thought let's try them. I actually didn't hold out a lot of hope. Well, it works so well I now have arranged a subscription order. Is it perfect? No, what is? Does it do an impressive job of decreasing the itch for hours? Yes. Plus, I unconsciously scratch and this has the anti-infection component which makes me feel safer.

First Aid Spray for On-the-Go: Convenient, But Not a Complete Substitute
I picked up this first aid spray to keep in my bag for minor cuts and scrapes, and it's definitely convenient for on-the-go use. The spray nozzle makes it easy to apply without needing to touch the injury, which is a plus when you're out and about. It also dries quickly and doesn’t leave a sticky residue, so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable on your skin. That said, I wouldn’t rely on this as a full replacement for traditional first aid treatments. While it works for smaller injuries, it doesn’t have the same soothing or healing power as an ointment or cream, especially for larger wounds. I’d say it’s a good quick fix for minor cuts or abrasions, but if you need something for more serious injuries, you'll still need something more effective.Overall, it’s a handy addition to a travel or emergency kit, but I’d suggest using it in conjunction with other first aid supplies for better results.
