Amazing , good light and airy , still strong and I recommend it as it’s easier to stretch your pizza dough out!

Pizzeria quality flour!
Looking for a versatile and all around excellent flour? You've found it! I've used this flour for pretty much anything: I made cakes, pizzas, focaccias, bread and a lot more, and the results were great. It's a very strong flour, if you consider that I use sourdough to bake, and therefore the rising time it's very long (16+ hours in total). It also comes very well packaged, which is a plus, and it arrived well before expected. Little tip: if you are planning to use this flour over a number of month, you are better off dividing it in multiple sealed bags, so to keep it fresh and not to allowed any little animal friends to make their home in it! Makes great pizza – and can use for other purposes
This is more expensive than regular bread flour but it does make great pizza bases! It can be used for other purposes too – I bought it near the start of the lockdown when I couldn't get flour anywhere, and I bake bread daily so I was prepared to pay the cost of this rather than do without my daily sourdough. This was literally the only bag of flour on Amazon at the time. And it's great flour. I wouldn't buy it regularly for general use owing to the cost, but I will continue to buy it in smaller bags for pizza, as it really makes a huge difference to the softness of the pizza base.

Good Biga and Pizza!
After reading up on how to make truly authentic pizza, you need some proper Italian flour! I decided on the Caputo blue as it is very versatile to make good pizzas and focaccia. I’ve been experimenting with Biga and this flour really does bring out an amazing flavour from the dough and it is very light and airy inside.

Premium flour and worth the money
I bought the 25kg bag of flour at the start of the lock down as my husband has been baking bread every 2-3 days and we also make home made pizzas. The blue Caputo 00 flour is great quality and really does make a difference. I would definitely buy this again.

Excellent product
Bought this to get through lockdown due to no availability of flour in the shops. Am absolutely thrilled with it, I can use it for everything, bread, cakes and biscuits, not tried it for pastry yet. Love it, I don’t need any other flour anymore just use this. Will buy again if I ever get to the bottom of the bag👍😂🤗

Amazing flour for making pizzas
Amazing flour for making pizzas at home. Rolls out super thin with out tearing. Cooks to a crisp dry thin base, not doughy or bread like. Will never be able to use regular flour again.

This flour is a must when making your own pizza dough. I’ve tried other 00 flour brands and nothing compares. I had been buying smaller sized bags regularly and finally decided to purchase this 55 pound size bag. It works very well for pizza in out outdoor wood fired pizza oven. The texture of the dough is amazing. Best tasting crust!!

J'ai énormément apprécié pouvoir faire venir à ma porte un sac de 25 kilos ! J'ai choisi à cet effet la Caputo Blu, une marque et une référence de farine conseillées par les meilleurs pizzaioli en Italie (d'origine italienne, et passionné de pizza napoletana, je suis souvent sur leurs différents forums). C'est donc sur le conseil de spécialistes de la "napoletana" que j'ai choisi cette farine. Et elle donne le résultat escompté : bon levage, bonne maturation, bonne tenue à la cuisson, bonne élasticité au travail d'extension, et, bien évidemment, le goût : excellent. Je recommande cette farine. Quant à son conditionnement de 25 kg : il faut avoir la place et surtout l'estomac pour engloutir toutes les pizze que l'on peut faire avec, mais c'est assurément le meilleur prix.

I make pizza every tuesday with that flour, great for napolitan pizza. I also use it for making my Liege Waffle!

La mejor harina. Muy elastica e hidratada. Tiene un sabor estupendo. Perfecta para pizza, los panes salen deliciosos. Tiene es toque de corteza crujiente y tierna a la vez. Se nota la diferencia. Nada que ver con cualquier otra harina de gran superficie.
