Had these recommended by a few friends, only been taking them for a few weeks so yet to feel a difference but the ingredients are all there so price wise, if you’re a taker of a range of supplements, it can save you money in the long run with them being combined into one dose! I originally bought these tablets to help with the night-time cramps I would experience from time to time. They do seem to be reducing the number of cramps I experience however, I have noticed that when I take two tablets together, I feel anxious with an increased heart rate. This doesn't happen if I only take one so I'll continue to do that. I've been increasing my exercise level recently and I don't feel as fatigued as usual - I'm wondering if these tablets have something to do with it. I will continue and finish the bottle and re-assess.
