That's a nurse practitioner I find Ace wraps essential. I do like the specific wraps. They have Velcro on either side, which helps to hold it in place, and also helps to create tension to support the injured joint. They wash well with whites, but make sure you fastened the velcro down on itself otherwise they come out a great big hot mess. As far as price, Amazon kicks the ball out of the park - even the medical supply websites that I sign into as a medical provider are not as cheap.

One small 3x3 Ace bandage from name brand stores will cost you $8.00 or more. These elastic bandages are such a deal and they're just as good if not better! You have multiple sizes to choose from which is a giant plus. I use them for everything from lymphedema & wound care to compression therapy. They're perfect for providing extra support on swollen joints. I even use them to help securing ice & reduce swelling on awkward parts of the body when they get injured. These are a staple in my home.
