I wanted a bench that was natural without breaking the bank or losing functionality- I'm glad I took a chance on this one! It exceeded my expectations (based on reading reviews prior to purchase). Bench arrived in excellent condition AND 98% assembled! Took me 10 minutes to unpack and start using. A minor part was missing- yet customer service responded within 2 hours of me reaching out saying they shipped the replacement (bench still usable in the meantime). Bench feels sturdy, is functional with easy adjustments, and is aesthetically pleasing. The under seat hidden storage is perfect for my TRX and Bosu pods (with room to spare). Note- just responding to reviews (I read prior to purchase) stating impossible to connect bands to the bench as advertised. Both the included resistance bands and other bands work perfectly in the attachment slots. * For the included bands and others with carabiners: slide the carabiner through the slot and clip it to the band. *I use TRX resistant loop bands with the bench in a similar way (slide end through and loop it through itself to attach). Caution: 1 of 4 hanging spots on each side under the bench is skinnier than the others. My lowest weight is 8lb neoprene and it barely fits that slot.

I like the simplicity and design of this weight bench. It’s a great addition to our workout space. I like that it has additional storage under the seat that I use for yoga straps and strengthening bands. Overall happy with this purchase.

I was able to use my product it was fine. However product was damaged on arrival. Not happy about that. Size was a little smaller than expected but aesthetically it looks good.

Fits my weight and is convenient for small at home gym. The only thing is that my 25lb peloton weights don’t fit :/

Aesthetically pleasing, but the height is small for larger dumb bells and the carabiners on the resistance bands are too small to fit in the front loops. Larger weights can fit inside the edge though.

This is kind of a case of you get what you pay for, but given that it's not very expensive, it's actually really great and I love it. It works great for me, and it looks really nice which I like because I have it in my main living space. And it gives me a place to store most of my weights Mine did come with a damaged corner like the photo in another review here, but crunched even worse. I was able to bend it back in place, fill it with wood glue and clamp it - now you can't even tell. I also had to re-staple some of the upholstery that was pulling out at the back, but that's fine now too. The seat does have a bar underneath it that you attach which keeps the seat from sliding around. Currently I have up to 15 lb hex weights in it and they fit just fine. I might be able to do one or two sizes larger, but after that they would be too big

Feels solid and compact. I wish the seat had something to keep it from sliding around freely. Even just a bit. Though it’s not really an issue while sitting on it.
