It states that the collagen is from beef and fish but in ingredients it only says fish so is this product made with beef bones as well?

Garden of Life Collagen Peptides is made from Bovine Hide Peptides. There is no fish in this product.

What type of wild-caught fish is included? I am allergic to shellfish and that includes krill.

While none of the ingredients that are used in this product are derived from shellfish, because we do not test the final product for the presence of shellfish we are unable to give you an absolute guarantee that the product is Shellfish Free.
