The Best of Its Kind - (it comes with three different NR filters)
In a sense I like this version than the "pro" version of the product because it comes with three different NR filters that you can swap out based on the setting, so it is more versatile. The pro version might provide higher fidelity experience, but it only comes with one filter. I would say that for loud rock concerts or metal music, you definitely want to use the 26db filter. It is perfect for that. For other types of music that are not as loud, or going to clubs or crowded places, the lower NR filters work well. The carrying case is metal, sturdy and nice with two sections (one for the plugs themselves, and the other for the extra filters). It also comes with two different size plugs. For my ears I ended up using the bigger ones, as the smaller ones seem to be designed for children or maybe people with really small ear canals. Very happy with the purchase.

They work
I am going to a concert in a month and needed some ear protection since loud sounds can bother me. I like the fact that this set came with spares of everything and that there are three different filters. I have small ears and the smaller set fit me very well.

Good for stage tech
Been using these as a stage tech, pretty nice.Wish they were a little easier to find when dropped, maybe a brighter color? Good db filter though

Comfy, lightweight and work like a charm!
I did diligent research and ended up with buying two earplugs. I bought these and Loop Switch 2 to a full day festival and I was able to wear these for the 90% of the day. I started off with the Loop earplugs but the actual loop became uncomfortable and I could not tolerate them after an hour. I then switched the the Earpeace and I am so glad I chose to buy these. These earplugs were super comfortable and lightweight. These offered an excellent seal and there a noticeable noise reduction.

Awesome!!!!
My wife and I wore these to the AC DC concert in Minneapolis last night. They worked perfectly. Music and singing were still very crisp, but not loud at all. My wife’s Apple Watch kept warning of hearing loss risk, but we were perfectly fine.

Poor case design, flimsy, hard to grab tab for removal
These are ok. The case is difficult to use in real world concert experiences while standing in a crowd maybe holding a drink because there are so many threads in the screwed in case that it takes a while to open, then you have to hold the top part separately while you fish out the ear plugs, put them in, then screw the case back together. I suppose if you are sitting in a box with a table at the Hollywood Bowl watching KCRW presents Pink Martini while drinking Aperol spritzes these are fine, but then again, why do you need ear protection for that? For Tomb Mold at St. Vitus, where you really need protection, not your best option. Also the little tab that is designed to help you grab the earplugs to remove them from your ears is small, thin, and difficult to grasp. I’ve tried a ton of different brands of ear protection and find Alpine to be the easiest to use all around in the kind of show conditions I encounter, beer in hand, because it is a clamshell case, and the filter is integrated into a longer, solid stem that is easy to hold for insertion and removal. If you are drawn to this kind of design however because you feel safer with having a silicon tab, Eargasm are better imo, because the tabs are longer. Sound quality of all the major brands is about equal as far as I’m concerned, same with fit, they all work fine for me especially after they get a bit broken in. These are a definitely just back ups in case I lose a set of Alpines. I do appreciate that these come with an extra plug, located in the bottom of the case. That’s worth an extra star, and I wish other brands would do it. Otherwise I’d recommend they spend some of their IG advertising budget and NPR paid partnership $$ on R & D.
