The safe was delivered by 2 gentlemen on a pallet, it was extremely well packed and was in perfect condition. They moved into the house for us as it is very heavy with no prompting at all so i can't fault the delivery team one bit - fantastic! The safe its self is built extremely well - a nice white enamel finish that is flawless and smooth - not a scratch on it. It came with 2 keys that are rather strange - I've never seen keys like them (probably because its a safe) and they both work perfectly too. Inside the safe is very roomy, the shelf is easily adjusted at multiple levels and i especially like the top slide out try - its very inconspicuous. Bolting it to the floor was so simple - the holes inside are large enough to drop a felt pen in to mark where your going to drill and more than enough room inside to turn the bolts with a ratchet and socket. I finished the install in 10 minutes and now the safe will NOT move an inch - feels very secure indeed! Im really pleased i bought this Safe, nice to know that all our personal documents and the like are stored in a safe environment - well done Phoenix!

The safe is excellent, very easy to operate and difficult to move. It supplies exactly what we need in terms of safety and security. It arrived on time but there was a problem with the delivery as the driver was on his own and could not take it out of his van on the first occasion. Second time was fine.

I wanted a safe with a key lock and to secure to the wall. I searched through many safe companies to find one that met my needs - size, key, secure to wall. The safe arrived and it is a great safe but there was no option to secure to the wall, only to the floor. I contacted Phoenix about this and they said that Amazon had the information wrong - not checked but I hope it has since been updated. You can only secure through the floor, not the wall. We overcame this and the safe is now in situ and we are very pleased with it, plus the help that we received from Phoenix staff. Since then we lost one of the keys and so got in touch with the member of staff who had helped us previously and he put us in touch with the head office, where we have hopefully fulfilled all of their security checks and can now order 2 replacement keys. The safe is very nice looking, with a nice mechanism, plus it has a useful shelf and a pull out tray too. So fits our needs, after the disappointing start.

Looks good but locking mechanism seems very simple and flimsy,

It’s big, it’s white, it’s a safe! If you want a simple easy safe then this does the job. Buying a safe is a once in a life thing - so no comparison to be made. If you don’t trust a battery operated combination lock this is for you!

Lock seized ! Quality issue ? Any suggestions appreciated.

Everything I want to keep secure and ... safe, has been like that since purchase :) Plus it’s heavier than I imagine so nobody will be able to walk off with it (Do not aim to lift this item on your own!)

A very sturdy well built safe. Exactly what I was looking for.
