I've never used a paste bouillon. Does it need to be refrigerated once opened?

No, I keep it in the cupboard and it lasts for months. Much better taste than stock cubes .

What is the expiry date on this product?

I bought mine in april 19, the expiry date is july 20

I tried it today for my first time. i found it extremely salty even when i never used salt. where did i go wrong or how do i 'disguise' the saltiness

I never followed instructions I just added boiling water until the desired taste was achieved . Perfect for king prawn linguini but only when made up not too strong as it will reduce .
