A essential for my workout routine
The Fitarc 12 lb Burn Machine is an excellent addition to any home or gym setup for individuals focused on improving grip strength, forearm endurance, and upper body conditioning. Despite its relatively light weight, the design and functionality provide a surprisingly challenging workout, especially when used for high-repetition sets or continuous motion circuits. The rotating handles offer a unique training stimulus not commonly found in traditional dumbbells or cable machines. This design helps isolate the forearms, biceps, shoulders, and even the chest and core when used with proper form. It’s ideal for athletes, fighters, and fitness enthusiasts looking to enhance muscle endurance, coordination, and muscular definition. Pros: • Ergonomic design with smooth, consistent rotation • Compact and portable—great for home or travel • Engages multiple muscle groups simultaneously • Well-built with solid construction for durability Cons: • May not provide enough resistance for advanced strength athletes • Requires a learning curve to master the rotating motion effectively Overall, the Fitarc Burn Machine is a smart investment for anyone seeking a multifunctional upper body training tool. Whether used for conditioning circuits, warm-ups, or targeted grip and arm work, it delivers results while offering a fresh alternative to standard workout equipment.

Seriously... Buy THIS one.
I've had my eye on this type of thing for several months. When I finally came back to get one, the number of places selling had grown considerably, along with the number of different styles. Which one to choose, especially since I had never had one before, so didn't know what to look out for? I chose this one because it has a complete frame, versus just being welded to the edges of a central plate. I also didn't know what they all meant by "12 lbs." Was that resistance? If so, it seemed kinda wimpy. Turns out that it's the weight of the unit itself, at least in my case. And, although this, too, seemed kinda wimpy, the mace I bought is only 10 lbs., and that thing kicks my butt! Anyway, the magic of this device is that those 12 lbs. aren't static. In other words, this thing is in constant motion when you're using it. Plus, you can use isometrics to add more "weight" to it, if you like. (Think Wing Chun as you "circle" it around.) But even at its lowly 12 lbs., my arms get surprisingly tired, and pretty quickly, especially my biceps. I had originally bought it for my wife, because she wants to get rid of her "wings" - those extra bits of flesh that loiter around many gals' triceps - but I may just have to get her another one, as I'm pretty sure I'm going to abscond with this one. Back to the unit's construction, it's built like a tank. None of the outside parts are plastic, including the tension knob on mine. The felt on the back side of the friction plate will be easily replaceable, if ever necessary. (At some point, when I'm stronger, I may replace it with leather to see if I can get more resistance.) The whole thing disassembles like nothing and, even if one can't find bona fide replacement parts if needed, I'm pretty sure they can be fabricated, especially if one has a 3D printer handy. (The interior bearing surfaces appear to be nylon.) It's a pretty simple, though very sturdy construction. And it's small enough to keep handy as you move from room to room throughout the day, versus having to go wherever your stationary equipment is kept. No more excuses for letting myself go to "pot." I really can't say enough good about it, I'm so impressed. (And, no, I don't know these guys from Adam.) Lastly, the tapered shape of the knurled grips helps to ensure that they'll hold their position within your hands, instead of them sliding off center. Bottom line is that I'm really glad I chose this one. I can't imagine what advantages the others might have, even the pricy ones. So, once they again replenish their Stateside stock, I'll buy another one for the wife so she'll leave mine alone. (She'll have Arnold's arms after a coupla months!)

This thing is really coool
Works really well, my arms burn hard every day I've been using it since I got it taking steps to get more in shape. The build is super solid design, the rotation is smooth, even with the fully maxed resistance, and it's pretty heavy in itself, contributing to its burn factor for the exercises provided. Super easy to use and a great price for the hours of daily use you can get. Note: do not set it on the ground in dirt, it gets in the rotator a little bit, just oil it slightly and use it for an hour and it eventually works out the dirt grains

Fun and Effective, But With Limitations
This device provides a unique and challenging arm workout that’s both fun and effective. It’s compact, easy to use, and adds variety to strength training or warmups. 🔹 Performance & Use The rotating design delivers a solid burn in the arms and shoulders within just a few minutes. It’s particularly good for endurance training and can be used at home, in the office, or the gym. Even 10–15 minutes a day feels impactful. 🔹 Build & Adjustments The construction feels sturdy, and the grip is comfortable. However, while the resistance knob does provide some adjustability, it’s not as smooth or customizable as higher-end machines. It also works better for lighter, repetitive training rather than heavy strength building. ✅ Pros: Compact and easy to use anywhere Provides a strong burn in arms and shoulders Sturdy build with comfortable grips Great for endurance and toning ❌ Cons: Resistance adjustability is limited Not ideal for serious heavy strength training Can get repetitive after long-term use Overall: A creative and affordable piece of workout equipment that’s great for arm and shoulder endurance. While it’s not a replacement for serious strength machines, it’s a fun addition to fitness routines and works well for quick daily training.

I’m very satisfied with this product
This really works your arms incredibly well. Nice for quick sets when you’re working and might not have time for a day in the gym but still want to get a decent workout. I recommend : 50 reps x 9 sets 3 at each level(upper, chest, mid). Do this on your off days and you still got a good workout in.

It's heavy but works great.
It's heavier than you think, but it will definitely do the job you're buying it for.

This is a 12lb version compared to most others which are 8lb. It also has adjustable resistance level which noticeably makes you work harder. Great build quality. Excellent device for upper body conditioning. Depending on how high or low, how close or far from your body you hold it, you can work different muscles in arms and shoulders. Definitely recommended.

This is very well made! Heavy, feels very fluid in use, like the bearings are very nice quality. The dial mechanism on the front is deceptively simple - it's just a steel plate with some felt or similar dense textile behind it, and as you tighten the screw the pad clamps down on the white enamel / powder coated rotating disc, slowing its progress. It works very well, and if it eventually wears out it will be very simple to glue in another felt pad to bring it back to new. As an exercise it's great. I use it for upper-body cardio (GREAT for waking myself up after too many hours sitting at the desk) and as part of the daily exercise routine. I've not been doing it long and I can already go for quite a lot longer than I could initially.
