I bought this because I used a similar piece of equipment at a small group training class. I moved away and no longer attend that class. I was wanting one of these and started searching. So glad I found it! I leave this out where I can conveniently grab it and work out with it. It is definitely a work out for the arms! love it! FYI, I am a 67 year old woman who works out at the gym lifting weights. I like to do weighted squats, dead lifts and bench presses (heavy). This gives me something to do at home at my convenience and adds to my overall training. It seems to be a very sturdy piece of equipment. I bought the heavier (12 pound version).

This thing is awesome for building strength and I need to use it more often than I do. The only thing I wish for this device is that it had more resistance in the rotation of the hand grips because it feels too easy and is not enough resistance to build the proper strength needed for better enhancing your strength. That’s the only thing I notice about this device. It is heavy as hell so that part of it helps with the strength building but not so much the resistance. But yet it will eventually get you there but it just takes a lot longer then it could have.

Just started using it so far so good product is heavy duty I don't feel like it's fragile that I need to hold myself back during workouts I didn't notice the knob tends to unscrew itself if you don't have it screwed into a secure setting after securing it to a decent setting it did not continue to happen the product has a good amount of weight and feel to it definitely going to break a sweat in a short amount of time using it looking forward to different workouts

Great equipment! I have been looking for an upper body cardio work out machine for long. I worked out for the past 5 years or so and been through multiple bulk/cut sessions. I am always on the look-out for a home use upper body work out for my cutting. Treadmill everyday has me fed up. And I have to pause the cutting when the legs are too sore which is a sign of needing rest. I used to go to the gym for the reeling machine for that. But this item is finally a great solution! Use it every other day now in between my treadmill days. Love it!

What you see is what you get. This is a stout workout device. It is excellent for my forearms without the burn.

I love the forearm/wrist/shoulder workout. Can do other exercises with it too. I wish there was one at about 5 pounds. I am elderly and I'm trying to build/maintain strength. Somedays the 8 pounds is too heavy.

I use this tool regularly to get a burning forearm and shoulder workout! I love that you can adjust the resistance. It does a great job of wearing you out and promoting blood flow to the arms.However, one slight caveat is that the resistance levels of the right and left handle differ very slightly. Most people might not notice this, but I pay very close attention to small details. It might differ by 1 to 2 pounds. It could just be my product that has this slight caveat or it could be all of them. It seems very well built and functions perfectly.

Just find that the circles for your hand are a little small which makes some of the exercises limited.
