Weekend afternoon savoury
Just the thing for spreading onto hot sourdough while watching the rugby. Totally scrummy and very moreish. Has excellent spicing and slight heat which goes with the anchovy and butter perfectly. Do not spread on like butter as it's too much and just grim.

Absolutely delicious!
It’s great on hit toast with butter also it’s great for adding to a sauce.

Be mean with it.
A special treat, you need people who appreciate it, as it’s spread so fine & fish doesn’t last, definitely a grown ups treat.

It’s obviously a high quality product but……
It’s not to my taste - fishy, salty and an unpleasant textureThis is definitely my marmite, I will be sticking with marmite

You have to love anchovies
This stuff is wonderful, packed with anchovy flavour- the ultimate in “umami” and delicious on toast or bread. A little goes a long way. If you’re one of those lost souls who hates anchovies on pizza, avoid this product!

Tasty Stuff!
It was great to find this again as the supermarkets around where I live no longer stock it. Must try the salmon version one day.

How long before delivery?
I was introduced to PP by my grandfather in 1936. And, except for WW2, I have used it regularly. But it takes about a fortnight to come. (It's rarely available in shops). This is simply too long.

Lovely but shop around for cheaper options
As expected although this Relish is always expensive it is used sparingly as it is strong. Good delivery time and package. Although I will try and seek out a cheaper option from local shops before I reorder again.
