How do you take it off? made a mistake and put it on a "upc" sticker!

Hi, this is an answer to YumYum' adhesive issue. We apologize for this issue, but please understand that the adhesive is between the clear base and clear paper, please ensure that you have taken off the clear paper under the clear base before affixing it. If not, the adhesive will not work. As you can see other customers get it and affix it, but you are wise to ask for a return or a replacement if you do get a defective item, we encourage our customers to do that. Please feel free to email us if any issues.

Does this interfere with NFC payments?

I do not know what NFC payments are. However, DO NOT BUY this item as it does not adhere properly to the back of the phone. It is a waste of money. I returned it.

Is this compatible with wireless chargers?

I don't know if this accessory lets your phone be compatible with a wireless charger. I never use those chargers. I know in the beginning when they were first on the market that everybody had to take off their phone case in order for them to work properly. That's been mostly worked through these days.

I was charged but never received it?

I have apprised my credit card company that I never received the item and did not pay for it.
