When it comes to these lights, the important thing to consider is their purpose. These excel when you're using them in an area where you otherwise wouldn't be able to decorate with string lights (no AC power, etc). In such an instance, the convenience of their battery powered design makes them just the right option.The stars are well shaped and detailed, with added texture that elevates the quality of the light. It would be easy to form the stars into shapes with minimal detailing - optimizing for simplicity. But to see that they've added additional contours and textures to the stars is a nice touch - it adds depth to the entire look, and speaks to the quality of the product.If you consider them for use in an area where wall-powered lights are an option, then these may not be the best choice. They do take 3 batteries to run, and in an understandable tradeoff to (presumably) optimize battery life, they just aren't that bright . They function much better to accent or draw attention to a small area than to decorate a space. Accordingly, selecting them for the right function is important.In terms of their construction, the battery snap case is nice - accessible, but secure. The bulbs themselves are of the warm white variety, which makes them well suited for decor - when lit, they naturally blend in to the surrounding style. I do like that the entire length of wire is encased in a plastic sleeve - something that I've seen many recent holiday lighting kits start to limit or even forego. The plastic casing contributes to a higher degree of durability, and longer lifespan for the product.

These made my tree which was a last decision because a part of my pre lite tree decided to die but I am glad I did. It made the tree i thought because I was about to get the star to do whatever I wanted it to do with the remote. I was going to use them in my window but when the tree died on the branches, I had to use these. my tree was in the window and my neighbors was wondering how I got one part of my tree to act independently it was these lights. and they are great the best part as I will keep staying is the timer, they shine bright and the time last for 6 hours, so I recommend these lights.

These are not the most attractive lights I have ever had, but certainly not the worst I have seen. The blinky options are, frankly, obnoxious. I would rather have better wiring/battery life and a nicer appearance than seven different ways to get a migraine. Do people really even want that many options? Or would most just like blinker vs. non-blinker modes?

Would not purchase again

So cute! these are just so cute and I love them! I originally got them for holiday decorating to put around a window however, being the stars are very small I decided to use it in a wreath instead. Oh my goodness I just made I think my best and most favorite holiday wreath ever! Everyone commented on how unique and beautiful my wreath was and it was all because of these cute little star lights. I love that they’re battery operated so you can put them anywhere . And now that the holidays are over I am going to put them in the summer and spring on my patio. These will get year-round use for sure! Great value for the money, durable and well-made. I’m definitely recommending these ones!

These star lights are extremely lightweight and so simple to hang and the battery pack is also lightweight and minimal size so easy to keep out of sight.

I love this product. I set it up across my tv stand and draped down to the shelf under where I keep my electronics. My light up fall garland was a plug in and I’m LOVING that this product has a remote and is battery operated! I’ve used it all day and evening for a few days and the 3 rechargeable batteries I put in are still going strong. I like that there are multiple settings. I personally don’t like the faster flashing settings but I use the slower options. They look great on the full lights on no blinking option as well. I like that there is some kind of stiff wire inside the soft wire so they are semi moldable to sit exactly how I want them to. I have no complaints.

The media could not be loaded.  I like it in general, very cute lights, it is bright enough, and has several settings. The remote didn't work, but I was always switching on only one mode, so it was not a big problem, but I had to took 1 star off the review
