Great phone
I bought this Google Pixel 6 Pro as an upgrade of my 7 year old phone. I was quite reluctant and after reading all the reviews available I can say that I'm very happy with my purchase. I use my phone a lot for work and the battery lasts all day, even on heavy usage days. The screen display is beautiful and the camera is outstanding, I'm still discovering all the functions available!The seller was very quick with the delivery and it was packed with a lot of protective measures, and even tho it's a second hand phone it was almost new.

Really good condition
The phone came in really good condition despite being “good” instead of “excellent” according to Amazon (there’s a £110 price difference as of now), there is only a single barely noticeable scratch on the screen and the phone is great overall. There are some software issues, but that’s on Google, for example my physical sim card is not having the best signals (worse than most iPhones) and I’ve tested multiple service providers with different networks to confirm.

Battery broken
No guarantee on battery life of the refurbished phone. Reputable sellers of refurbished phones should ensure at least 80% battery health or replace the battery before selling but I received a google pixel 6 from this seller which only lasted 4 months before shutting down and never turning on again. Seller stated probable battery issues which are outside of warranty. No refund and unusable phone

Ordered pristine, arrive dirty and scratched
Ordered from The Big Phone StoreApon arrival the phone came with dirt all inside of the charging port, speaker port and microphone port.Scratches are visible from 30cm away, as seen in the photo, all the small dots are relatively deepish groves, which for pristine condition needs to be not visible 30cm awayCamera wouldn't focus whatsoever and photos where very blurry for some reason.
