I have these in multiple locations. LOVE them. They are easy to install, easy to refill and the sensor works excellent.

Works great!
Works really well, solid build quality and materials. It does require liquid not gel hand sanitizer. Very easy to attach to the wall with screws. Looks sleek and keeps its shine since it's touch less.

Terrible quality, stopped working after one month
The media could not be loaded. I purchased the Automatic Hand Sanitizer Dispenser with high expectations, but after just one month of use, it stopped working completely. The indicator light keeps blinking, but the device won’t dispense the sanitizer. I’ve tried everything in the manual, but nothing works. On top of that, I can’t contact the seller or return the product. The customer service from the brand is awful, and now I’m stuck with a broken product. I hope Amazon can help me resolve this issue.

Overall Good (Update March 13, 2023
The media could not be loaded. Update: In my original review that appears below I mentioned that the soap would either spray out or drip out (alternating between the two). Starting from when I first installed this, that had been my issue with how it dispenses soap. I am pleased to report that I discovered that the reason why this was happening was because the nozzle was partially clogged. I did not realized this and would not have expected that I would receive this dispenser with a partially clogged nozzle. I used a straight pin and inserted it inside the nozzle and cleared it out. Since unclogging the nozzle, this dispenser is working without any problems. It dispenses just the right amount of soap as it should have starting from day one.I hope this update helps.I decided to get this to have touch free soap dispensing.Things I Like:1.) Build Quality. This feels like it's solidly constructed, nothing feels flimsy or cheap here.2.) Power Options. You can either use the supplied power cord or you can insert batteries and go cord free. I'm using it with batteries. (more on the battery part later)3.) Large Tank. The tank is large which means you can use it longer before needing to refill it.4.). Mounting. It comes with two screws and two anchors for wall mounting. Mounting went smoothly, no issues here. (more on this later)My criticism and things I would like to point out......1.) The Instruction Sheet. It's just that, a one page sheet of paper with instructions on setting this up. My issue is that it wasn't clear enough, specifically dispensing soap (my use) or sanitizer. Also the sheet shows that this requires 4 AA batteries when it actually requires 4 C batteries. I normally keep AA batteries on hand and even AAA batteries since many of the battery powered devices use either one size or the other so I had to make a trip to the store to purchase the C batteries.2.) Dispensing. This dispenser will either spray out or drip out. My issue is that there is no guidance as to how to set it for dispensing either. I filled it with liquid Dial soap and the dispenser sprayed and splattered out soap, some of which hit my wall just below the dispenser (see photo). In my attempt to try to figure out how to set it for dripping out soap, I turned the metal nozzle which seemed to help but I am still noticing that it will spray and splatter out soap in all different directions sometimes. I will keep turning the metal nozzle in hopes that I can get it dialed in so it's no longer spraying and splattering soap.3.) Mounting. Perhaps I should have included this with #1 above but the instruction sheet shows four mounting screws for mounting, which for this dispenser only uses two. This is secure with the two screws but I thought I would point that out.So overall I like this dispenser in spite of my criticism of it. This is my reason for not rating this 5 starsI hope this helps.

Generally Wonderful.....if you have the wall space for it.
The media could not be loaded. Unboxing and instruction packet:The product arrived in a brown box to make sure you understand there needs to be mounted with a minimum of almost 12" clearance from any base point to the bottom of the device. For a simple device, the instruction booklet is pretty basic except for the 1 image referring to the metal nozzle that is confusing as every. The image referrers to the ability to switch between spray and drip by removing the metal nozzle. However, the metal nozzle is removable as one piece or as two separate pieces. What's the difference in functionality if you remove only 1/2 the metal nozzle? Who knows?According to the image on the Amazon's page, the metal nozzle removal vs. non-removal seems to only refer to the function of using the device as a hand sanitizer dispenser. What about soap? How is the device impacted if using liquid hand soap? Who knows:I do have to say though, is if you choose to mess with the metal nozzle, make sure you perform the action over a clean table because I removed the nozzle piece while standing over a sink and a spring and some tiny black piece popped out and is now gone in the sink drain. The model of this device is 1308 with the sub option of A, B, and C, for specific dispensing functions but nothing is checked.Size:I've always wanted a reliable hands-free way of dispensing soap and free up some counter space. However, the size product is larger than I anticipated. It is really meant of medical offices, dining facility bathrooms, or kitchen areas with lots of clearance and surrounding space. It's a bit big or a typical home bathroom use.Power/Mount:In the package is an optional power adapter to provide continues power to the device. The alternative is to use 4 - "C" sized 1.5v batteries that is inserted on the right size of the device. There is also a on/off switch on the right size so that's a plus to not drain the batteries.2 Mounting screws is also provided for mounting to device to the wall. HOWEVER, no double sided mounting tape is provided as that's also a way to mount the device to the wall. For the price, I would have expected 2 or 3 pieces of double sided mounting tape to be included.Filling and usage:To fill the dispenser with liquid soap or hand sanitizer is fairly quite easy. At the top of the bottle is a removable round rubber plug that you remove and pour the liquid inside. The opening is quite large in size so it won't take you forever to fill and refill. You can also easily remove the bottle and dispensing piece from the main unit by squeezing the 2 white handle clips and pull out straight. When you re-insert the bottle and nozzle back to the unit make sure pay attention to the placement of the nozzle and the white squeeze clip is between the opening of the upper and lower circular piece (see attached picture). This is IMPORTANT because if you don't set the unit back properly, NOTHING will dispense when you trigger the dispensing mechanism. I almost thought my unit broke because I hear the pumping sound but nothing was coming out and then I found my mistake.Once you are ready to go and the device is powered ON, stick your hand on the bottom of the unit, wait 1 second and a blue light will flash followed by the dispensing action sound. In the beginning it takes a couple of pumps before the soap/sanitizer starts coming out. Every minute or so, a green light will flash on the bottom left corner to indicate the device is active and powered on.Would I recommend this in a typical home bathroom? No. To use in the laundry/garage room over a utility sink? Yes
