Great item at a reasonable price I needed a newer phone to support my Dexcom 7 app. So my doctors can help me with my diabetes. Thank you Amazon I can’t afford a new 2000 dollar phone and this was like new. Battery was only 85 percent but it’s lasting good for me. It has a great camera and not too heavy with a military grade case it’s really durable. The magnetic charging is really convenient no more lint in the charger hole at the bottom of the phone. Looks like new and with all the updates works the same as a new one. It enables me a 75 year old fat guy to use the new apps for my diabetes. Thank you Amazon

Very happy with my purchase, I wanted the color and the IPhone pro and am so glad I made this purchase. The phone really was in excellent condition, not one scratch on the screen or back. Barely a little nick on left side but only could see it by closely inspecting. The battery wasn’t full but I expected that bc of the reviews and it’s refurbished but the phone functionality is great. Transferred all my old phone info without a problem.

I still get through a full day without scrambling for a charger, which is exactly what you want from a daily driver. Buying it unlocked and renewed was a great way to get premium iPhone performance without paying full price. It feels dependable, performs exceptionally, and still looks great. If you want a flagship phone experience without the flagship price tag, this version of the 14 Pro is a smart pick.

The phone is amazing, and in brand new condition. However, the battery is at 81% and I am not happy about that as I ordered it in “Excellent” condition, and I would expect between 95-100% but I have to now replace the battery as I do not want to send the phone back, and get another poor battery percentage. The seller is great otherwise, super fast shipping, no scratches, unlocked as stated, in beautiful condition and in phenomenal condition otherwise.

I received the phone in perfect mint refurbished condition, just as listed on Amazon. Shipping was very fast, and the delivery arrived sooner than expected, which I really appreciated. After testing it thoroughly, everything works flawlessly — no issues, no locks, and it’s fully carrier unlocked. I was able to activate it without any problems. I’m especially happy to finally have the 256GB version instead of 128GB. The extra storage makes a huge difference and keeps iOS running smoothly without constantly worrying about space. The battery health is at 80%, which is reasonable for a refurbished device, and battery replacements are affordable if needed in the future. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. Thank you! Decent phone does what’s expected, it was used/refurbished and come with 84% battery and a couple light surface scratches on the screen but the back was perfect and the phone is a nice upgrade from the IPhone 11 I had before this.

Unfortunately, I had to return this phone. My provider could not get the eSim to work. They told me there's something wrong with the phone since they could not set that up and I would have to go to Apple to see if they could get it working. It's a hardware issue. Yeah, why would I want to do that with a just purchased phone? I would think that Renewing the phone would also entail that the eSim feature worked, since there's no other way to connect up the phone. But, maybe that's just me. Anyway, I can't really review the phone since I never got it working so, no idea how well they work. Giving this 3 stars, because of my good nature and I hate giving 1 and 2 stars to anyone unless it's really really bad. Plus, I did get a refund. The caveat to buying this would be for the seller to make sure the eSim works!

I ordered the Excellent Condition Iphone 14 PRO. Arrived in 2 days and no damage to the box and it was packaged well. The phone itself looks like new. No scratches, nicks, or anything. Had about 50% battery power when starting it up. The only negative IMO is that it only has 84% battery health. I would have thought for "Excellent" Condition, it would have 85-90 %. But I think it will last me a year or so and if it's still working, I'll have another battery installed by Apple.

I recently purchased the iPhone 14 Pro and I’m very satisfied. It’s working great exactly as described. The phone is fast, the display is sharp, the battery backup is good, and the camera is amazing. Overall, a great purchase — I highly recommend it.

I don't do reviews, however I thought it was important for anyone buying a refurnished iphone. Had 3 tiny marks along the edges, which is covered by the case and no other issues. Am really happy with the phone. No issues at all.
