This product is amazing, it doesn't have a bad smell like some. I used it on a pouffe, you can see from the before and after pictures, particularly bringing out the colours, how well it works. Lightly brush the area first. I used 5 litres of water to a 1/4 ltr of solution. I found it best to use a sponge to dampen the area (2 sq ft at a time), leave for 5 minutes. Then using a towel that has gone a bit rough over time (preferably a white one so you can see the dirt), I used up and down, side to side and circular movements, concentrating on a smallish area at a time, keep finding a clean part of the towel, otherwise you are rubbing the dirt in again! I also found it effective to wrap the towel round my finger, and using my knuckles to get into the fabric, gives you more elbow grease too! I've now started on my sofa arms, the results are also amazing, they look like new. The solution goes a long way (and you can keep mixed solution for a good few days (spreading out the cleaning over a few days). I also bought the HG stain remover to use on some stains on my sofa, the results are excellent. I definitely recommend these products. Prepare to be amazed.

Just be prepared to flex your muscles – hand scrubbing with a terry cloth towel is quite the workout!

Works a treat. Removes pretty much all stains. However some harsher stains need a second going over using the Vax machine. the repellent it stains is a gimmick and doesn't work. If it didn't clean as good it would be dropped down a star.Really useful and handy to have on hand.

This product does work but I find it smells funny, almost like mould. This is the second batch I’ve tried so I think this is just how the product is.If you don’t mind the smell it’s ok but I’d stick to Vax if you want that fresher finish.

This product had claimed that it was very good as a carpet / upholstery cleanerIt has cleaned our carpet and upholstery very well and is almost odour free during and after being used.

Used 2 bottles for 3 rooms that were filthy. It brought the dirt out great pre clean before i use a more expensive one with strong fragrance because this one doesn't have a conditioner smell.

Like quite a few of their products, this works well in our machine , nice smell and easy to use
