Redondo Ball

Bought this for my husband on the advice of a physio. He uses it to unkink his spine by under inflating the ball then lying on it on the floor and using it to massage his back. The combination of the physiotherapy and Redondo ball has worked miracles. Highly recommended.

I purchased this ball to perform exercises that targets my core muscle. I suffer with lower back pain and this ball is great for using to do various core exercises to add a bit of instability to makes the core muscles work harder. It's portable and easy to inflate and deflate. The exercise sheet contained within the product displays a good range of exercises that you can do with the ball. It's great value for money too and I find it has been helpful to me in improving my condition.

Recommended by physio and is just the job for all sorts of exercises and has certainly helped with my joints, marvellous!

A little awkward when inflating, there is nothing to stop the air you put in coming straight out, so as your trying to juggle getting the cap in place you lose half of what you put in. My husband blew it up with the cap in his mouth ready to push in with his tongue, if it wasn’t for this awarkwardness it would be a 5star review. It is the perfect size and ideal for what i need.

I use this 'sticky' soft ball for floor exercises recommended by my physiotherapist. It is perfect!

Less expensive than the first ball I had, but just as good. Easy to inflate or let air out for how squishy you need the ball for any specific exercise. The ball is not extirely smooth, so it does not roll out for under me, when supporting my spine or pelvis. This ball is bright pink, & differs from my last ball, which was blue--almost all of the other balls I own are blue as well, so it's easily spotted.

Die Reinigung des Balls ist ebenfalls unkompliziert. Er lässt sich einfach mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass der TOGU Redondo Ball eine absolute Bereicherung für mein Training und mein Wohlbefinden ist. Er ist vielseitig einsetzbar, angenehm in der Handhabung und von hoher Qualität. Ich kann ihn jedem empfehlen, der nach einem praktischen und effektiven Trainingsgerät für zu Hause oder unterwegs sucht!

Hace ya un tiempo que la tengo y la verdad es que estoy muy contenta con ella. Hago pilates, así que tiene la medida perfecta, la textura perfecta. Me encanta!
