Clear keyboard
As I have macular degeneration, I found this keyboard very clear. Took a few days to adjust to bigger keys but then very helpful.Would recommend for anyone with low vision problems

My keyboard was perfectly suited for my eye problems - easy to use - really amazing. Thank you.
It was perfectly adaptable for my computer space and eye problems. It was so easy to use and the icing on the cake was that it was delivered early. Way to Go Amazon! Carole

Very useful if you have poor sight and /or stiff hands. I love it
If like me you are of an age where things begin to stiffen up and your eyesight is not what it was, then this could be the keyboard for you. The keyboard is large enough to enable old fingers which don't always find the right keys to get to the 'right' one first time. The keys which are nearly an inch across are very visible - even with out glasses. So it works and works well! It also has two USB ports on the side which make it very easy to add memory sticks etc.As a size comparison the keyboard is as big as a normal keyboard, but there are no numeral keys, so it fits into the space of your 'normal keyboard' but everything on it is bigger. Are there any downsides? Yes! It takes a bit of getting used to, and it doesn't stop me from hitting the occasional wrong key, - but I do have very stiff hands. Also the keyboard is 'clacky'. In my house this means that I cant write emails in th early morning or last thing at night without waking my other half up! (heaven help me!!)All in all it helps me and gives me back a bit of freedom to do what I want. And for that reason it gets the full 5 stars

Plug in a USB stick to get it working on Linux
In terms of ergonomics it is really good if you have problems with proprioception, stiffness or pain in your fingers when using smaller keys. It takes a bit of getting used to because the spacing of the keys is different but that comes with practice. The '1' key on the keyboard I ordered didn't always register if you hit it too lightly. Typing can also be quite loud.I found though that most of the time it wouldn't work on Linux. I tried this on both OpenSuse 42.2 and Mint 18.1 Running lsusb and looking through the system log showed that it was found (idVendor=214b, idProduct=7000) but wasn't receiving any power, I think Linux's power management wasn't providing any because the Caps lock light wasn't on . It has a couple of USB ports on the monitor side and inserting a USB stick in the port tells Linux to start providing power to it and allows you to start typing with it.

2nd one I have had.
This is my second one...First keyboard is still working after a few years apart from 3 keys that get stuck and 5 that the letters are worn away. Been knocked to the floor many times lol.... They are Quite sturdy. Will last for another few years...Large keys are good for poor eyesight. Touch type would be a bit difficult as keys are big.

Best for a year...then...
OK, the good news is that this keyboard works well for those with poor eyesight/coordination... for about 1 year.I bought mine in July last year. By Xmas, one of the keys was becoming stiff to the touch, which affects the rhythm of the typing. Now, a year on, at least 3 keys have become stiff to the touch, and so I have to go back and push harder to work them. This really affects my typing. It is very annoying! So I shall be looking for another make of large key keyboard. Yes it is clunky, but it seems all LK keyboards share this trait as the keys and the mechanism are not as finely manufactured due to size as for normal keyboards. I'm not bothered about speed, but being able to keep up a decent typing rhythm is crucial! One more thing... I found the enter key was easily confusable with the shift key just below it. On other keyboards, the enter key is dog leg shaped and so less confusable. But mainly I hope I can find a LK keyboard whose keys remain easy to the touch for at least a year.

Big coloured keys.
The user is physically challenged so big keys and coloured keys make for easier use.Plug and play with Windows.Good value because the user can get things done easily.

Looks good but not built to last
After just a few months the lettering on various keys has worn off. For a keyboard intended for those with diminished vision, this is completely unacceptable.

Buon prodotto
