I absolutely loved this product. It is compact and well made, it seems very robust and perfect for camping. Portable and solidly built with a strong section for hanging but also balances easily on a solid enough base to just place down on a surface. Having tested it over a period of time it gives off a good light on a high setting over a decent area and on a low, ambient light it provides a lovely, warming yellow glow that seems to last forever without the need to recharge. The adjustable dimmer allows you to control the exact amount of light that you want to project depending on your needs or mood. Not tested in poor conditions yet but seems like a very high quality product with plenty of longevity at this stage. Would highly recommend. Outstanding product.

Loved this lantern, rechargeable which is great. Adjustable brightness and easily portable. Not too heavy and a good size without being overbearing. It looked cute and we could use in the garden as well as when away camping so very versatile. High quality and sturdy.

I bought a pair o these purely as "night lights" to make finding our way back to 'our' tent when camping. First night we tried them we were surprised at how bright they were even on a low setting. We prefer to have only warm light and the variable knob to change brightness/colour temperature is a bit fiddly to get used to; to get the brightest warm light without turning it too far that you go into the dimmest cool white, but once you get used to it it's easy. We were so impressed with these that I bought a couple of shepherds crooks (that cost more than the lights) and we use them outside in the garden on the brightest "Warm Light" setting as they fill the garden with a lovely warm glow. My wife has also been able to read in the tent with just one light hanging about 1.5 metres above her. Absolutely love these lights. Oh and by the way, they are waterproof as I left them on and outside during the worst rains that we had from "Storm Babel". we had around 15mm and they were still on the following morning (despite one of them being blown off the hook and was on the grass)

Don't like the cheap plastic dial. Don't like the blue battery lights, better imo would be yellow or a single small red/green led would do. Don't like the overly wide brim which isn't really necessary and would just make it more awkward to pack. Don't like that the metal cage part is a bit wonky. Other than that it is quite a nice compact ,cosy effect, light weight, light and I still give it 4 stars for the £11 price. Edit; Just discovered that it is also a power bank using the usb-A out socket so maybe be useful but it isn't a large power source. I think it runs on a built in 18650 maybe about 2600mah so limited for charging other devices. I'm surprised it includes this function at all but it does as I tried charging my small usb-c charging torch and it worked.

I wasn't expecting this to be so good to be honest. Less than £9 verses the £30 that my friend paid for a "better" one. It packs out a good amount of light, charges quickly, lasts ages and also can be used as an emergency powerbank for your phone. Oh, and it is shower resistant! What more can you ask for the money?!

Really high quality and an absolute bargain, this was less than £10 but I would have happily paid £30 for it. The dimmer goes from a golden colour all the way to bright white, the fact that is rechargeable is great as I don’t need to buy batteries, it’s USB C and takes about 2 hours to charge. Handy hook attachment, perfect for taking camping or even using in the garden in the evening

We used it on a boat trip, it's small but gives enough light - which can be made more ambient when you're having dinner at night, or white bright. The battery life is ok, usb charging is a good feature. Also love the shape

I picked this lantern up mostly to have on hand during a power outage. Aside from being smaller than I expected there were no surprises with it. This lantern is small but mighty, and it seems well made to me. It casts a significant amount of a warm, white light that is easy on my eyes- more than enough to illuminate a small space, such as a tent or a shed. Mine came charged, and even though I have been turning/leaving it on in the evenings, it has been three days and it has yet to run out of juice. It has a blue indicator light on the top of it which allows one to keep track of the battery charge and comes with a charging cord. It has a metal handle that can be used to hang it with or to carry it comfortably, and the bottom of the lantern is flat so it can sit on a table, etc. A dial allows one to adjust the light level somewhat, but I find once I reach the halfway point it on the dial the light level is maxed out. It effectively does what I wanted it for so I have no complaints!

Die Lampe hat mich wirklich überzeugt, so daß ich gleich noch eine zweite hinterher bestellt habe. Mittels Drehregler oben kann man stufenlos zunächst die Warm-weißen LED Streifen höher regeln. Hat man die Mittelstellung des Drehreglers erreicht und erhöht weiter die Intensität, so kommen die kaltweißen Power LED dazu und machen es wirklich hell im Zelt oder auf der Terrasse. In warmweiß Stellung machen sie ein gemütliches Licht auch im Wohnmobil oder draußen an der Markise oder auf dem Tisch. Der Akku der Lampe wird über USB oder USB-C aufgeladen und hält tatsächlich viele Stunden durch. To add some science to this review I measured the lantern’s light output using a handheld photographic light meter. At a distance of 24 inches the lantern provided 19 foot candles of downward light, and 11 foot candles of horizontal light. Truth be told, this is not an immense amount of illumination but it will add a pleasant ambience to any campsite. For those looking for a stylish lantern that will provide moderate illumination, variable to candlelight, this lantern fits the bill. I recommend it because it looks so much better than the many plastic lanterns that you typically find at campsites.
