Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wanted a dual charger and also needed batteries. The fact that it also worked as a storage case attracted me to this product. Everything has worked well and I am happy with the batteries, they are working just fine and the charge is nice too. One minus detail, but to me not enough to take off a star, is that the Memory card storage location is very difficult to open, so I don't really use it, besides it is only practical for travel in my opinion. In all, I do recommend this product for its primary design function, the fact that you get a built in case for the batteries that is nice. One more thing, you can also use this as a power bank in case you need to power other devices, very good idea.

The batteries fit in my Sony A7iii without issue. The batteries last a long time. I probably get several hundred photos on one battery, depending on what I'm shooting. It does take a decent amount of time to do the initial charge on both. But nice to charge in the vehicle and on the move.

It’s really great so far. Batteries last and it works exactly as it says it should. It’s a great option for someone on a budget but still needs battery power to get through the shoot.

I have a couple of power bricks and USB cables for my Sony A7R5, but there are times when you don't want to carry a camera, lens, brick, and cable. So I caved and decided to order a couple of batteries. I ran across the Neewer. It appealed to me, because it's totally closed with the batteries. I didn't read through the description. I trust Neewer's quality The first thing I noticed was the USB A, Mini, and USB C plugs on the end. Thinking these were just for charging, I plugged the unit into my USB C, along with the 2 batteries. When you get the box, everything is nicely packed with covers on the batteries. After I got them charging, I noticed a doodad on the right side of the lid. Inspecting further, I realized this was storage for 2 SD cards. You unclip one end and the storage holder flips open. Then, upon inspecting the rest of the unit, (and finally reading the insert) I found that the unit is also a power bank. Once the batteries are charged, they can be used as a power source for other USB devices (like a different camera, or charging other batteries). Note that the unit is not a standalone power supply, but uses the batteries as a power supply, a novel idea. So you're getting: 1. 2 Sony compatible FZ100 batteries 2. 1 charger that serves to store the batteries 3. SD card storage for 2 cards 4. A power bank This 4 in 1 unit costs less than 1/2 the cost of the name brand battery for the a7rv. I wish Neewer has these units for my old Nikon 1 j5 mirrorless camera, or for my point and shoot Lumix ZS99.

They work perfectly with my camera, really appreciate the convenient storage charging case (charges OEM battery w no problem). I use the USBC port but you can also charge with a micro USB cable. Also like that you can use as a power bank. Batteries charge fairly quickly and seem to maintain power just like Sony OEM batteries. All in all excellent product.

Not as much juice as Sony's but I can't complain. 4/5 * charging works well, 5/5 * storage of the batteries works well. I like the magnetic cover when it clicks closed. Good job! 5/5 * I can NOT open the sd storage without a screw driver. When the SD storage is opened, the cover can not be opened. Not a big deal, bu my first attempt to open the storage drove me nuts. Definitely can not be used in the filed. 0/5 * My BT headset CAN be charged in the powerbank mode. My iPhone, however, can NOT be charged. Same cable with other chargers works. 2/5

If you travel a lot for shoots, you need this. Most third-party chargers are just those flimsy little plastic docks, but this one is a full-on carrying case that actually protects the batteries. It feels rugged enough to survive being tossed around in a backpack. Yes, the batteries die a little faster than the originals, but you’re getting two. I just swap them out a little earlier than I would with my Sony ones. For the price, you really can’t complain. It's a solid 4.5/5 stars. Just keep your OEM battery as your primary and use these to fill the gaps.

Besides dual input sockets - for usb c and micro USB, the charger has also a usb a output port so as to charge your phone using a standard lead and the package includes a usb a to micro lead. (How likely are purchasers not to have a drawerful of these already; or even to need one with usb c now the standard?) The charger bills itself also as a power bank and will certainly work as one for your mobile unconnected to the mains - but only with charged batteries in place - and how are you then going to power your camera? But it will charge both phone and batteries at the same time at need. It also has a little storage caddy for two SD cards - but wouldn't you do better to keep these in your camera case? The batteries are fine - and appear 100% compatible with a sony a7cii, without any annoying error messages.

This keeps me supplied with batteries for my camera and also works as a charger for things like my phone. It stores easily in my camera bag and so far, has been an excellent addition to my camera.
