As always, the people at Reflex have put together a great product. This one is designed to ONLY be used post-workout. Best to see the info at Reflex for everything that is included in this product. The only sssues with the product are: (1) the fact that the taste takes a bit getting used to (2) the cost However: (1) after a few weeks of using the product, I do look forward to it. See my mixing advice below. (2) but considering the ingredients list...this product is actually fairly cost effective; to stretch it out a bit more... I sometimes only use 70 grams of product instead of the full 105 (and then supplement with some whey) Best way to mix?: Despite some reviews to the contrary, I find Reflex mixes perfectly...but I advise buying the Reflex shaker...as other products just don't compare. Before the workout, I put 400-500 ml of water into the shaker...add 2 scoops of product and some whey.. (or 3 scoops of product)... add a scoop of powdered milk... shake until dead smooth. I then put in about 5 ice cubes and put in the fridge. At the end of my workout... the ice cold chocolate shake is there to enjoy. I've found fruit only makes this product taste worse...milk or water in my opinion is best. Also best ice cold. This product (like all Reflex prodcuts in my opinion) does not cause me any stomach or gastric upset; and only makes me feel good.

DO NOT GET THIS!!! The product tastes absolutely disgusting and is inedible, I have had a lot of different protein shakes over the years and know what should be right and what is not. This is hard to keep down and makes you feel sick, go elsewhere and save your money as they don't offer refunds (Hmmmm I wonder why that is???)

Reflex is one of the best quality proteins you can get for this kind of money. The only thing that bothers me is the servings, 105g is one serving, the usual serving for most proteins is 30ish grams, ive weighed it out and its 3 and a half scoops meaning the tub does not last long. The flavour in chocolate is very rich, almost like a bitter dark chocolate, wont be for everyone

I have tried at least 30 different protein shakes over the past 8 years and nothing beats this...Since using this product for the last 3 years it has become the only post workout protein supplement that I will use or recommend to anyone else. The chocolate flavour is my favourite and the taste is not amazing but that should never be the point when buying a high quality post workout shake that has the best ingredients profile you can find! Reflex is definitely one of the best supplement companies in the world and you can always trust their products to give you the results that you are looking for. I find that the serving suggestion is a little bit too much for me and by cutting it down to 2 scoops it mixes better and lasts a bit longer while still helping you recover much faster than normal. I really hope that they never change this product or even worse stop manufacturing it.

Taste is a bit manky, but you get used to it. The fact that this product is hydrolysed is the reason for the taste, gives the body less work. Immediate consumption of protein and carbs is fantastic immediately after a work out. If only people understood the difference between- Concentrate/Isolate and Hydrolysed!

Other Reflex protein powders have been very good. This one, however, is possibly the worst protein powder I have ever tasted. Not for me at all.

Expensive for what it is but the best post workout on the market IMO. I’ve been using this on and off for prob 10 years and nothing compares. Tip: Don’t get the orange one it’s disgusting but the choc one tastes great.

I usually avoid chocolate protein shakes but thoight I would try this one. Its the onky chocolate protein shake I will ever purchase...not sweet and not watery. Smooth chocolate.

Kann ich nicht empfehlen, da der Shake wirklich ekelhaft schmeckt. Und ich finde, es enthält auch zu viele Kohlenhydrate, aber das ist nur meine Meinung.

The product is awesome but the flavour not as per my request and bad taste.
